호텔 로비의 향수냄새가 너무 강한데, 향수같지않고 특이했고, 3층에 올라가니 화장실 냄새가 진동해서 역겨울 정도. 위치빼고는 비추. 그정도위치에도 많은 호텔이 있으니 다른 곳 가세요. 방창문이 골목쪽이었는데 늦은시간까지 시끄러웠고 무슨 청소차량같은 소리가 새벽에도 났어요. 방문과 바닥사이의 틈도 꽤 벌어져서 복도에서 나는 소리도 다 들어오고...

프리스티지 룸 예약해서 아주 넓게 잘 쉬다 왔어요 뷰도 삼거리 분수 딱 보이고 아래층 핫한 아이리쉬 펍도 활기차서 좋았어요 위치가 미라보 거리 바로 뒤라 다른 여행 하기에도 안성맞춤

La première chambre attribuée nous a enfermée dehors car le système de carte n’avait plus de pile. Sur mon insistance j’ai demandé dès lors à changé de chambre une fois que nous avions réussi à récupérer nos affaires. La chambre attribué était plus petite, fenêtre grand ouverte en plein mois de décembre avec une odeur bizarre. Découverte d’une bouteille de dekstop grande ouverte dans la salle de bain avec ustensiles de salle de bains démontées. Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit tellement j’ai eu froid car la chambre a été difficile à réchauffée. Sois nous avions l’odeur, soit le froid. Experience à ne pas renouveler pour sur attribué plein mois de décembre et une odeur qui émanait

The room was large, but showing wear and tear. Thin towels, rust and soap scum on shower glass. Dirty edges on the baseboards of the bathroom. Taps not cleaned off. Dust on bathroom exhaust. Dirty, stained stair carpets, and wall panels coming apart, not fixed.

A very clean, updated room/suite right in the middle of everything in Aix! Dozens of cafés and restaurants right around the hotel. And the staff was super: friendly, efficient, and helpful with our limited French! A special thanks to Florent at the front desk, who was great. 😊

Déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix offerts

Great location just off the main Maribeau and the Big Fountain. A block from the Tourism Center. HARD to get luggage to. Plan to walk with it due to the caissons. Tons of restaurants and things to see right around the hotel. We had a car and parked at the Mignet Parking garage. Very small rooms, which is expected considering the location. Super happening on the main level. Was a more rowdy area than the rest of our trip. Tons of outdoor cafes right around the hotel. Served it's purpose. Staff was great and lively.

Room was not as clean as should have been. Property was in various need of deep clean and repair. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Property was in a convenient location for walking and touring but not convenient to taxi/uber access with luggage.

Sadly, this hotel has seen better days. The walls are scuffed, furniture is chipped, and the floors are so slanted our suitcases rolled across them. The staff, however, were great! And the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had hair in the sink and on the floor. Superbly located to walking through the old town, but also very noisy is your room faces the main street. No parking -- park in "Mignet" parking, about a 9 minute walk away.
