Great location!! In the middle of everything in Dijon. We had one of apartments. WOW! So much room. Everything we could need. The breakfast was great, only downside parking was a bit of a walk away.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were so close to the Ducal Palace, the cathedral, shopping and dining. We were able to walk to everything that we needed in the city. The parking was about a 10 minute walk but with small luggage it was very manageable. Hotel reception was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is offered for purchase at the hotel, but there are places close by to get a coffee and pastry in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and great location. Room was lovely and a nice surprise of having a small balcony which had a good view. No parking at hotel but secure underground car park within walking distance €11 per 24hr. There is space to park outside hotel to drop off bags whilst checking in. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay in an apartment in the main building. Good facilities and a wonderful building. Was located in a perfect area for shopping, eating and spending time in Dijon. Car parking was a short walk away. Would recommend.

Near the downtown and very nicely kept. I love the room that we stayed at with the balcony.

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas du palais des Ducs, des bars, restaurants et commerces. Calme, propre et avec une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner varié mais pas de restaurant. Pas de salle de fitness et pas de parking non plus. On vous indique un parking payant à 10 minutes à pied.

Spacieux, propre et facile d’accès, très central.

Heel ruime en origineel ingerichte kamer, La Naturelle, rond kleine patio in een gebouw op 250 meter van het hoofdgebouw met receptie. Centrum van Dijon. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt in het hoofdgebouw.

We stayed in ine bedroom flat, location perfect lots of restaurants within 5min walk. Staff at check in amazing. It was our third stay, never disappointed

We were in one of the annex rooms, not the main property. Our room was on the fourth floor of the building without an elevator, and the stairway up is incredibly narrow and spiraling. It does tell you this on the reservation, but for American travelers just be aware of two things; first when they say it’s on the third floor we would consider it the fourth; secondly, the spiral staircase is small, narrow, and very steep. Not likely legal here in the states:) That said, the room was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed, internet, huge windows on one side that let in plenty of air (but no view except of the building across the way on the east side), and it was super clean. The location is perfect for a trip to Dijon. Everything you want to see is an easy walk. There are more restaurants in walking distance than any city I’ve ever visited! If you’re OK with the stairs, I can’t recommend this room enough, just a perfect spot for our three day trip to Dijon.

Despite the supervisor’s written info about the hotel guest benefitting free winery visit and tasting through the hotel reception, Christine rudely insisted that we “misunderstood “ the information and the hotel has nothing to do with it. She “never heard about it”. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and expected better service from this calibre of a hotel.
