호텔 뒤 팔레 드 리슬

정말 오래된 건물이지만 내부관리를 잘 해서 깨끗하고 지내기 편안했습니다. 특히 위치가 정말 좋아서 관광하기에 좋습니다.

생각보다 너무 작음 프런트며 로비 방 이동 통로가 너무 협소하여 불편했으나 방 사이즈나 화장실 및 욕조도 있어 괜찮았음 그러나 가격은 좀 비싸다는 생각이 듬 갑작스런 예약이라 이해함.

Great location and we had a room with a view to the canals. The hotel is obviously an old building with winding corridors and small rooms (pretty typical in France) I think they had done a good job at modernising as much as they could. I think the location more than made up for it.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. The room itself showed clear signs of neglect, with water stains and marks on the walls that made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. The only positive aspects of our stay were the hotel's convenient location and the kindness of the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, these positives were not enough to make up for the condition of the room. Overall, we did not feel that the experience justified the price.

We loved this Hotel. It’s a little quirky as it was a very old building so narrow halls with different sized ceilings and spiral staircases. But we loved it as it was close to everything and the rooms were spotless and well maintained, the ceilings high in the rooms and the staff was amazing. 5 star hospitality for a lovely and interesting 3 star hotel.

Nice hotel at a reasonable cost in a great location.

Great location. Nice rooms, odd shapes, but interesting. Air conditioning was broken and was not fixed during our stay. They offered a discount or free breakfast. Staff were amazing.

Locatie was geweldig! Kamers op zich ok en ruim maar wel aan opfrissing toe. De badkamer had een schuin dak, was douchen moeilijk maakte. Je kon wel natuurlijk een bad nemen. Je zag wel de sporen van vocht schade en een heel vuil tapijt in het algemeen. Er was ook een gesloten deur aan de andere kant van het bed, wat een beetje ongemakkelijk was…

Hotel situé directement dans la vieille ville, près de tous les sites touristiques et des restos. Très pratique; cependant. Il faut savoir que l,accès en auto est impossible après 11 hres. Il faut alors transporter les valises et l,accès n,est pas facile. Des stationnements sont situés tout près et un rabais est offert par l,hôtel.

Los baños son muy mal diseñados, las camas super incómodas , especialmente por lo delgadas. Casi una pesadilla

Housekeeping

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel but we did have a few issues while there. Our premium room was a decent size but there was no place to put our stuff. There was no closet, just a few hangers on a small 6” rod. There were no dressers or shelves so we couldn’t unpack anything. We are traveling for 5 weeks so we each have a full suitcase with us and no where to put them in our room. Also the air conditioner in our room was not working and being on the 4th floor under a slanted ceiling it got very hot in the room. There was too much street noise to keep the windows open at night. We were given a fan that helped somewhat. The breakfast was good and the location was very central though it is in a pedestrian only area so you can’t drive directly to the hotel despite what Google Maps tells you! The parking lot that is subsidized by the hotel is a short, flat walk away from the hotel. I do recommend this hotel as I assume the air conditioning problem will be resolved.

Had a stunning view! The staff were very helpful and nice. The only complaint the shower needed a good cleaning. I would stay here again.

The hotel is just located in the old town. Everything in the hotel is basic and the car parking is a bit far even though the customers can get discounts.

Could not be more perfectly located if you wish to be in Annecy old town

Booked in Jan for April stay. Asked for rooms with good view. Got back alley view of boarded windows and so much pigeon poop we had to keep the windows closed in the too-hot room for fear of disease. Air conditioning did nothing. Toilet seat was broken in both rooms. Room had 3 Kleenex in the box. Next day room was partially serviced, still no Kleenex. Breakfast first morning buffet was pretty much empty. Male attendant was kind of rude in telling us he wasn’t bringing more food. He was sure willing to take our money though. Stayed here in 2006 and 2009; would have rated 5 stars both times. Way downhill, won’t be back.
