데스크나 직원들은 친절하였음 다만 날씨가 비가오는 관계로 추워서 난방을 원하였으나 숙박 3일째부터 이틀간 난방공급이 없어서 조금 불편하였음

위치도 위험하진 않구요 역이나 버스정류장 가까워서 용이했습니다 프론트에 계신분들 너무 친절하구요

위치는 정말 좋음. 노틀담이 정말 가깝고 생재르맹거리나 몽쥬가 걸어갈만한 거리. 대로변에서 두블럭정도 안쪽이라 시끄럽지 않고 으슥하지 않음. 직원들은 친절함. 방 크기는 파리답게 정말 작음. 캐리어 두개를 다 못 펼쳐놓음. 화장실은 샤워할 때마다 벽이나 칸막이에 부딪힐 정도로 좁음. 수압이 좀 약해서 씻기 조금 불편했음. 침대는 딱딱하고 아주 불편하진 않지만 편하지도 않음. 청소는 잘 해줌. 난방을 켜고 자면 다소 소음이 있는데 그래도 새벽엔 약간 추웠음.

위치는 정말 좋음. 하지만 파리답게 가격대비 품질은 떨어짐. 작은 호텔, 아주 비좁은 객실, 비좁은 화장실, 약한 수압. 얼마냐 비좁냐면 캐리어 한 개는 펼 수 있지만 두 개는 펴기 힘든 정도. 화장실에서 샤워할 때마다 벽이나 칸막이에 몸이 부딪힘. 4성급이라지만 4성급의 품질을 기대하면 안 됨. 하지만 파리니까 다들 수긍하는 정도. 위치는 밤에 걸어가도 무섭지 않을 정도의 골목길. 노틀담이 아주 가깝고, 생재르맹거리나 몽쥬가 걸어갈만한 위치라서 위치는 아주 좋음. 아주 번화가도 아니라서 조용함. 침대는 딱딱하고 이불은 무겁고 편하진 않지만 아주 불편하지도 않은 정도. 수압이 약해서 씻기가 불편하지만 아주 불편하진 않을 정도. 직원들은 친절함.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but understand it was very good. The front desk staff were wonderful, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. On occasion, the maid staff missed replacing coffee and towels. The location is fabulous and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Really great breakfast with lots of options. Room was cute, clean and bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly with multiple languages spoken.

The room was clean with excellent air-conditioning. It had all the conveniences we needed. I didn't like being on the ground floor, would've prefered a higher floor. Staff were friendly and professional. It's not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We stayed in a 3 star earlier during this trip to France in the 6th arr which we enjoyed more.

The room was very sweetly decorated. The staff, always accommodating, went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. It all made for a great 10-day vacation in Paris!

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It's a lovely spot and conveniently located to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff is incredibly helpful, and will gladly make dinner reservations or book a taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Paris and can't wait to return!

Do yourself a favor and skip this property. I arrived at the hotel and received bare help from the one staff person there at the time. I asked to extend my stay one more night and received confirmation that this was ok and all processed. Then on the morning before my original stay was set to end and after a lovely wedding ceremony I was in town for I awoke to slamming on my door from hotel staff. They said the hotel was fully booked and I had missed my check out time even after I protested and frantically tried to provide evidence that they had promised to extend my stay. As I tried to explain the situation I was met with unhelpful excuses (the staff person from my original check in was unavailable) which escalated to threats and culminated in the hotel manager trying to call the police while we frantically packed our bags. Aside from that the hotel facilities are non-existent. I’ve never left a review before but the despair and humiliation of my experience here motivated me to reach out. Run for your life before booking here

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I love love love it and the staff. Anne has been at the front desk both visits and she is the sweetest, so helpful and such a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Can't wait to go back!!

Schönes Hotel an zentraler, aber doch ruhiger Lage. Sehr feines Frühstück.

Lovely hotel centrally located to explore the sights of Paris.Check out the sunset from the Pantheon looking towards the Eiffel Tower (its a 5 min walk)

This was an amazing place for our final two nights in Europe. We stayed in a top-floor family suite with two comfortable, large beds accommodating parents + 1 child. The air conditioning worked beautifully on the warm summer days we were there, and the wifi was excellent. The breakfast area was simply stunning, with exposed brick details in a historic-looking basement level, and the food was plentiful and delicious. We were able to easily walk to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and sightseeing. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We have already recommended this hotel to multiple friends traveling to Paris and we hope to stay here again.

El desayuno que sirve el hotel (pagando 18€ por persona) es muy bueno. La cama es cómoda aunque creía que la habitación, elevador y áreas comunes, serían un poco más grandes. Volvería a hospedarme de nuevo en este hotel :)

Ahead of our stay, the staff at the hotel helped us with some dinner reservations which was very appreciated given the busy time we were visiting. The bed was very comfortable and there was decent storage space for clothing. The rooms are quite small which we don’t mind but it did make them very stuffy at night. Since we couldn’t lower the temperature on the a/c, it was a bit unpleasant on the hotter nights we were there. We also would have loved some more counter or storage space in the bathroom, we had to put a lot of our toiletries on the floor!

The staff is fantastic as is the facility, breakfast and location.
