데스크나 직원들은 친절하였음 다만 날씨가 비가오는 관계로 추워서 난방을 원하였으나 숙박 3일째부터 이틀간 난방공급이 없어서 조금 불편하였음

위치도 위험하진 않구요 역이나 버스정류장 가까워서 용이했습니다 프론트에 계신분들 너무 친절하구요

위치는 정말 좋음. 노틀담이 정말 가깝고 생재르맹거리나 몽쥬가 걸어갈만한 거리. 대로변에서 두블럭정도 안쪽이라 시끄럽지 않고 으슥하지 않음. 직원들은 친절함. 방 크기는 파리답게 정말 작음. 캐리어 두개를 다 못 펼쳐놓음. 화장실은 샤워할 때마다 벽이나 칸막이에 부딪힐 정도로 좁음. 수압이 좀 약해서 씻기 조금 불편했음. 침대는 딱딱하고 아주 불편하진 않지만 편하지도 않음. 청소는 잘 해줌. 난방을 켜고 자면 다소 소음이 있는데 그래도 새벽엔 약간 추웠음.

위치는 정말 좋음. 하지만 파리답게 가격대비 품질은 떨어짐. 작은 호텔, 아주 비좁은 객실, 비좁은 화장실, 약한 수압. 얼마냐 비좁냐면 캐리어 한 개는 펼 수 있지만 두 개는 펴기 힘든 정도. 화장실에서 샤워할 때마다 벽이나 칸막이에 몸이 부딪힘. 4성급이라지만 4성급의 품질을 기대하면 안 됨. 하지만 파리니까 다들 수긍하는 정도. 위치는 밤에 걸어가도 무섭지 않을 정도의 골목길. 노틀담이 아주 가깝고, 생재르맹거리나 몽쥬가 걸어갈만한 위치라서 위치는 아주 좋음. 아주 번화가도 아니라서 조용함. 침대는 딱딱하고 이불은 무겁고 편하진 않지만 아주 불편하지도 않은 정도. 수압이 약해서 씻기가 불편하지만 아주 불편하진 않을 정도. 직원들은 친절함.

A lo largo de mi vida he viajado a mas de 30 países, esta es sin duda mi peor experiencia en un hotel de todos estos viajes. Siendo puntual con las observaciones. El hotel oferta servicios de los que no dispone o simplemente no está dispuesto a proporcionar, se negaron a prestarme el servicio de aire acondicionado que es algo tan básico, bajo el argumento de que era invierno y no iban a prender al aire acondicionado, que si quería podrían darme un ventilador. No me imagino a ningún otro hotel de 4 estrellas en el mundo haciendo esto. Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, ruidosas y mal distribuidas. El elevador es un martirio, es apenas lo suficientemente grande para 2 personas promedio sin maletas y cada vez hay que esperarlo por más de 10 15 min. Desayuno es realmente lamentable y la atención de este es por mucho pésima. El hotel presume muy cínicamente en la entrada una placa que indica que es un hotel 4 estrellas y así mismo se les clasifica en esta plataforma, más por el contrario, el hotel no es más de 3 estrellas siendo generoso.

Great hotel on the left bank, close to sights and a Metro station, lots of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops

Helpful staff, hotel in good condition both the rooms and common areas, nice breakfast, great location a few mins walk from Notre Dame, located on quiet street so not noisy. Room was bigger than expected, comfortable size considering location. If room is near the elevator shaft there is some slight noise when it goes up and down, if youre a light sleeper.

This property is in a great location, very quiet and away from the touristy crowds. The breakfast was just average though, nothing special and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. No coffee machine in the room so you have to go to the lobby for an espresso and they charge you every time.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding

The staff was very friendly and it was a very nice stay. The hotel is close to many attractions, so it's a great central place to walk from. The breakfast is quite good with a variety. It's located in a very cozy street with a great selection of restaurants within a minute of walking.

Rooms are small, but functional. Breakfast is outstanding and the team was charming and attentive

Beautiful boutique hotel for a split traveler or a couple. In a great spot close to Notre Dame and Cafes!

What a beautiful property! Rooms were lovely, and the location was great. We were able to walk to all of our favorite places, and always felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back!!

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Paris. Great location for walking the town and having lunch/dinner around the area, a lots of options, also close to laundry mat, pharmacys. Walkable distance to the notre dame. Staff at the front desk were excellent very polite and helpful. Didn’t opt for the breakfast during our stay. Rooms are small but very clean and cozy. Will totally come back to this hotel

Beautiful little hotel in a very handy location between Notre dame and the pantheon. Not huge rooms given the building but very nicely finished with fantastic staff

On a five-star scale, I wish I could give them 500 stars! We had the suite on the top floor, which was spacious, had a bed, a great sofa-bed, and a nice bathroom that had both a shower and a bathtub. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and just really pleasant to talk with. We have a special needs daughter in a wheelchair, and the wheelchair broke. They said to bring it down and leave it behind the front desk for a while, and they had their maintenance person fix it for us at no charge. OMG! That make a dramatic difference on the quality of our stay. THANK YOU! We would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
