Very Good experience

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre. Parking. Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner, pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, arrivés après un rush, le buffet n’a jamais été totalement renfloué.

La primera noche hubo evento con música en alto volumen y no dejaron descansar. Pésimo…porque a un hotel se va a descansar!!! Nunca regresaremos!!

Très bon séjour. Tout était parfait. Juste pour les horaires du resto, la fermeture à 21h me paraît tôt mais après je suis espagnole donc ça doit jouer aussi.

Nous avons été enchanté par le week-end passé dans votre établissement. La chambre était somptueuse : impeccablement propre, confortable, dotée d’une salle de bain élégante avec douche et baignoire. Le lit, d’une taille généreuse, offrait un confort remarquable. La nuit fut paisible et empreinte de sérénité. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il était exceptionnel, composé exclusivement de produits de grande qualité et de fraîcheur irréprochable. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Metz qui est une ville magnifique. Tout le personnel est d une gentillesse extrême et très serviable.

Séjour fantastique à l hôtel Citadelle de Metz. Le bâtiment est magnifique. L hôtel est propre et a du charme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Le personnel très serviable et professionnel. Nous retournerons très certainement dans cet hôtel.

Great place to be and to stay in the middle of Metz. The only thing we thought was a but weird: there was nog lobby or hotel bar. So if you come back from a dinner night, or you want to relax a bit and drink one more wine, there not really a place to sit. For a hotel with this luxury a bit weird. Further the breakfast was great, dinner was excellent!

Alles zur besten Zufriedenheit. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und im besten Zustand.

Everything was excellent except there were no USB ports to charge things

The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the town. We arrived at 5 pm and managed to get the last parking space. Other cars were parked over the cycle lane. We would have liked to have been able to reserve a space in advance since we had driven from Italy and parking in Metz itself would have been difficult. We hope to return again and see more of the town.

Ma chambre était au premier étage à côté et l ascenseur , du coup j’avais droit au bas et vient jusqu’à 23 h et de nouveau le matin à 6 h30 … dommage le literie est vraiment agréable , la chambre spacieuse , le petit déjeuner sympa

Very smart. Lovely

Excellent food in the evening. Very poor service at breakfast with no-one explaining the system. We were offered coffee as we sat diem for breakfast but after 20 mins still none had appeared. The car park is not secure. Two sets of guests in the night we were there had items stolen from their cars. Be aware if you have heavy luggage that there are two short flights of steps to reception and the small lift for wheelchairs was broken, Altogether not good value for money.

The breakfast including service was worse than last stay

Great stay at this beautiful hotel. Room was huge and had gorgeous views over a green space. Parking was additional but very handy and safe. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant for both nights of our stay and enjoyed the food and service

we didn't find any international tv canals, tf2 and tf3 chaotically reported on the olympic games. nothing the hotel is responible for. but expensive hotels should offer more (international) canals, we think
