Soirée étape pour affaire. Tout à fait satisfait.

The toilet was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean the splatter behind the seat, which was visible when the lid was closed. They cleaned it promptly after we mentioned it, but some splatter remained. The toilet seat also slid around, making it uncomfortable to sit on.

スタッフさんは親切だし、場所も良いですが、 10月でしたが、部屋が寒くて風邪をひきました。寒がりな方は暖かい格好を持参して下さい。

Personnel accueillant

We loved the character of this lovely hotel. It was very homely. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning, which was delightful. The staff are friendly & helpful.

Dìe Hotellage ist perfekt. Das Personal freundlich. Wir hatten nach einem Zweibettzimmer gefragt und dies auch erhalten. Dieses war im Parterre und leider etwas dunkel.

Very romantic court yard where we had a nice lunch. Then we visited the famous Rouen Cathedral and a very good Art museum nearby. Great dinner at a restaurant Pascaline. After it we saw a free light show at 10 pm in front of the Cathedral. Highly recommended by us.

Hotel in pieno centro con diversi parcheggi(a pagamento) vicini. Con qualche minuto a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse. Struttura carina e particolare, sicuramente ci tornerei.

Ottima struttura in centro, non ho avuto risposta al messaggio di richiesta info parcheggio ma per caso ho parcheggiato in quello convenzionato. Utile qualche indicazione prima dell'arrivo in auto.

Room was not fancy, but bed was surprisingly comfortable. If driving there, ask for parking info ahead of time--driving in central Rouen is very complicated! lots of one-way streets, and easy to find yourself suddenly in a tunnel (which wasn't too bad, but could have been avoided).

Very unique, authentic and central. No aircon and extremely hot weather.

Very central to the city, parking was very close in paid public car park. The hotel is very quaint.

Mon séjour avec une amie a été excellent, l’accueil la gentillesse et le p’tit côté jardin est magnifique, cela fait la 3e fois que je viens et je suis toujours aussi enchantée

It was hard to find by car as the street is pedestrianised and my email asking about parking was not answered. We eventually parked at the Palais du Justice which was very close. As we checked out we were given a free pass by the hotel receptionist, but hadn't been told about this in advance. We were given the wrong room, which was tiny and dark, with a view of a wall. Unfortunately we didn't realise we'd booked for a superior room with a garden view until the evening, but all staff had left by then. The breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and was ok, except I noticed the server handling all our meat and cheese, having just wiped tables and not washed their hands. Ok for an overnight stay to see the city.

Leider bekam mir am Abend etwas nicht sonderlich gut und ich musste brechen und es ging mir sehr schlecht …! Leider.

I loved the quirky interior of the place. It was so quaint and very french. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Charming little place. Very convenient too, close by to all the amenities and local sites. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

The photos were misleading. It looks charming but was quite rundown. Great location though. Our stay was spoiled by the guests in the next room complaining to us for making too much noise - my partner was having a shower. We weren’t making any other noise. The wall must be very thin. There was a door joining these rooms, which was fortunately locked.

Loved the location! Super helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Very central in Rouen with parking garage near by.
