Personnel accueillant mes l’hôtel manque un rafraichissement

The front desk team was polite and friendly, and the support and cleaning staff were equally welcoming. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an anti-slip mat in the shower to help prevent slips and falls.

The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and dirty. I have no idea how this place has a 4-star rating. Even noise came through the windows. They had set the room temperature to 19°C in the middle of winter—it was freezing. It's an uncomfortable and bad hotel. The only advantage is that it has a parking lot. Also, they charged me an extra 100 Euros as a security deposit, which still hasn’t been refunded to my card.

Breakfast was poor

C'est une occasion de redécouvrir une chambre d'hôtel Mercure des années 90 ! Mais l'essentiel est là. Vous aurez une chambre spacieuse, un parking gratuit et une literie confortable. Et le prix est vraiment attractif (65 euros)

Prima oud hotel wat geen 4* meer is. voor een doorreis. 4 ps kamer geboekt maar word steeds voorzien van 2ps met handdoeken bekers etc. De ontbijt was prima veel zoetigheid. Vriendelijke personeel. Locatie is op een afgelegen plek ergens in een achterwijk. Best eng voor iemand die de omgeving niet kent. Prijs kwaliteit prima

Hôtel ancien, pas alarme incendie dans la chambre. Se situe proche d'une route à circulation dense, la fenêtre ouverte on entendait énormément la circulation. Bar ouvert, mais le restaurant est fermé le weekend car peu de monde. Le barman nous propose donc un room service avec une restauration restreinte. Mais voyant notre déception, très aimable et disponible, il nous a ouvert un coin du restaurant avec cette même restauration restreinte.

Gayet rahat ve temiz bir oteldi, fiyatı da gayet uygundu. Sadece toplu ulaşım biraz sıkıntılıydı. 620 numaralı otobüsün sefer saatleri stabil değildi, sürekli değişiyordu. Araba ile geliyorsanız otelin otoparkı gayet uygun.

The hotel needs refurbishing, there is no AC in the rooms the whole place is infested with mosquitos. This hotel doesn't meet 4 stars standard in my opinion.

The property need a new management and especially a complete reconstruction. The breakfast room isn’t really clean, the windows there are horrible. One women cleans for hours the hall, but there are a lot other things to do, to clean the table tennis, the whole outside area isn’t really nice.

There are few things to mention no1 the hotel price was £272 and they have charged a deposit 341 pounds. I have not received the deposit money yet. Bed was very uncomfortable and inside the room there were mosquito was bitten my wife and kids very badly. Unbelievable when I have complaint for it the guy seems not interested even I have showed them the picture of mosquitos . I will recommend not to go there and they are advertising 4stars it’s no way near to a 4star

The hotel was much better than online ratings, arrived and entrance gate access was managed which is important for families, a big tick for us. The welcome was excellent and the staff friendly, including daily cleaning staff. A welcome cake was on our bed which is unusual for a 3 star hotel!!. Swimming pool was open and cleaned daily which was a plus. Only improvement is to add an EV charging point.

Hôtel correct, personnel aux petits soins, bon petit-déjeuner, parking gratuit et sécurisé.... Le seul bémol est l'absence de chaussons, de peignoirs, de chausse-pied dans la chambre et impossible d'en avoir sous prétexte que cela était réservé aux chambres de gamme supérieure. Cela fait pingre pour un 4 étoiles.....

L'hôtel accueille une clientèle de groupes type tour bus incompatible avec un séjour familial. Rassemblement dans les chambres, dans les communs, impossible de fermer l'oeil jusqu'au matin malgré les efforts d'un personnel dépassé pour retablir le calme.

Property itself is outdated. Airco at our room didn’t work. We opened the window because it was too hot but window got jammed, really difficult to close it. We booked for 4 but we hot only four pillows, we requested one more but never came.
