객실 무요 인터넷 잘 됨. 시내 한 가운데 위치해 걸어서 왠만한 곳은 다 갈 수 있음. 쇼핑센터 위에 위치해 지하로 내려가면 마트 등을 쉽게 이용할 수 있음. 트윈베드를 신청했더니 하나는 퀸 사이즈, 하나는 쇼파베드 같은 걸 줌. 프런트 직원들 영어 실력이 그다지 좋지 않음. 시내 한 가운데 위치한 까닭에 아침에 공항으로 가려면 도심 정체 때문에 시간이 많이 소요됨. 택시비는 콜을 안 할 경우 30유로 정도. 콜을 할 경우 10유로 더 붙음.

Excellent séjour de 4 nuits. Tout est irréprochable et l'hôtel est très bien situé dans Toulouse

El servicio fue maravilloso, todo el personal sumamente amable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de Toulouse. El ambiente del lobby muy acogedor.

Arrivés tardivement et sans encombres. Une bonne nuit de sommeil dans une chambre confortable. C'est tout ce qu'on cherchait. On aurait juste dû mettre un peu plus de chauffage... Bref, on reviendra.

Chambre au calme literie très confortable J’attendais plus au niveau des shampoings et gel douche Le petit déjeuner a 20€ n’a rien de fou il est préférable d’aller prendre son petit déjeuner à l’extérieur

The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!

Made our stay in a fun city even better

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Air conditioning did not work, I reported it and they did not fix it. The room was over 25 deg and we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is nice and the swimming pool area is good.

En pleno centro de Toulouse, muy buena situación.

Hotel attendant une rénovation plus que nécessaire. La réception est correcte et le personnel efficace et compétant tout comme le nettoyage de la chambre. La sdb est dangereuse et mal agencée, les couloirs vétustes,l’ascenseur bruyant, l’environnement, sp le parking peu rassurant. En bref l’hôtel ne devrait plus porter le nom de Mercure.

Hôtel très bien situé et très confortable. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine de l’établissement mais nous reviendrons.

Reception for check in was not welcoming No hotel amenities were explained or described at check in. Nothing about WiFi, terrace, etc we had to learn ourselves Room was lacking many basics. 1 shower gel/shampoo bottle and 1 hand wash, nothing else in room or bathroom. Room TV would not enable us to use any Netflix or other as described, only local cable. For the price we would recommend elsewhere.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Toulouse grâce à la situation de l’hôtel. Il est à proximité des lieux d’intérêt à visiter Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées La literie est excellente Les espaces communs sont décorés avec goût Le personnel est souriant, serviable et très compétent Pour ceux comme nous qui se sont déplacés avec leur véhicule personnel, il est aisé de stationner dans le parking St Georges à proximité de plus l’hôtel propose un tarif préférentiel sans avoir réservé au préalable

Habitaciones incómodas, calurosas y muy oscuras. Los pasillos del hotel son muy oscuros y no se parecen al vestíbulo del hotel. Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas (cortinas y toallas en malas condiciones).

Ótima localização, equipe muito gentil, quarto privilege bem amplo.

Lovely stay, very helpful staff. Needed a wheelchair and in a day it was provided free of charge.
