good hotel and friendly staff. room was clean

It was ok, staff was nice.

The staff was helpful and very welcoming. The room [I was traveling solo] was very comfortable. The location is great, so convenient to several Metro lines at Place d'Italie, and local restaurants. It was too cool to enjoy the gardens but they were lovely. Highly recommended.

I have to say this was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had in all my years. The staff was beyond courteous, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Every single one of them made our stay so very enjoyable. The front desk folks were all so very exceptionally super kind. The breakfast staff (lady) was always smiling, always happy and always eager to please. She kept the breakfast/coffee area spotless and so very well appointed! She was a sunshine in the place!! The young lady that made up our room daily was a perfectionist!! Military style bed made up every day. Every item in it's place. Now, this hotel isn't what you'll find in the big name hotels. The rooms are not fancy, they are a bit small, no flashy modernistic decor but they are very comfortable and always clean. If and/or when we come back to Paris, we definately will stay here again. The location is absolutely perfect to get you around to all the major sites as well as being in a bit of a quieter area and not so touristy! Lots of great restaurants around and street markets easily within walking distance. You'll love the folks running the place and you'll love just about everything about it. If you want a view get a room on one of the upper floors.

Room very clean. Compact but very comfortable all the same. Nice location. Breakfast was not too bad. Ideal location to hop in and out of the city centre. Very wet weekend!

Spotless room and great location to explore Paris. Next ti metro at place d'italia! Lovely bed, linen and towels.

Clean with a great view of Paris including the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was great every morning. Bathroom was a little goofy but nothing bad. The staff were Amazing very quick to help and soo friendly

The staff is friendly, speaks English, and is helpful. Rosalie, the cat, is an excellent addition. She greets guests and accepts some gentle love. The room is small, but comfortable. At night it can get a little warm, but the window opens. The mattress is firm, but not lumpy. The hotel is in a quiet street surrounded by many good restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and the metro. You can walk anywhere within a few minutes and reach the entire town via metro or bus. The bathroom includes a bathtub which is superb after a long day of sightseeing. The towels are thick and clean. The hotel provides soap and body lotion as well as a blow dryer. You should bring some shampoo. We never ran out of hot water which is a plus.

Hôtel agréable, dommage qu'on m'ait fait payer 2 fois la taxe de séjour. Après un premier appel téléphonique rassurant, on m'assure que je serai remboursé dans les 48h. 2 mois après, 4 appels supplémentaires et 3 emails où on me promet que l'on va traiter ma demande, toujours rien. Autant dire que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.
