Honestly, their building is old like others in Lourdes. However, they were very kindly.

아주 깨끗하고 전망이 정말 훌륭합니다. 룸에서 성지 대성당이 보입니다. 주인 크리스티나는 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞이해주고 친절합니다. 루르드 성벽 아래 위치해있고 앞으로는 갸브 강이 흐르고 있습니다. 다음에 루르드를 방문한다면 또 이곳에 머무르고 싶습니다.

It was a great experience of staying at the hotel. The hotel manager and staffs welcomed me and cared me with all the best. The room was very clean and cozy, and the view of my room was fantastic! The bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and offered a good service. I was sad when I left the lovely hotel. Highly recommend to all pilgrims. Thank you Christine, you were the best hostess!

I would like to give 5 Stars for the manager and all the staffs of the hotel Sainte Marie. The location is great, just a few steps from the Sanctuary and the view of my room was fantastic. The room was very clean, and very warm and so beautiful. Everything was well organized for the pilgrims. Thank you very much Christine for caring me and all the guests as like your family. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You! : )

Considering we were on a pilgrimage in October, we weren't expecting a fancy hotel but a convenient one that met all our basic needs (shower, bed, WiFi) and was a comfortable distance from both the train station and the Sanctuary. Hotel Sainte Marie checked all the boxes! The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. The rooms we stayed in were all clean and we slept well. Our triple room had a lovely view of the town and each of our rooms had a small desk and two chairs. We didn't pay extra for breakfast so can't anything about that. I will say that the only thing we struggled with were the showers. They're not fully enclosed and so we kept getting the bathroom floor wet and then using all our towels to dry it up and kept needing more towels. The WiFi worked great and my entire group agreed that if we come back to Lourdes, we're staying at Hotel Sainte Marie!

Sainte Marie is amazingly close to the Sanctuary. Great place if your purpose of visit is prayer. Christine, the manager, is so excellent, pleasant and helpful. She and her staff is giving a good breakfast, and they serve until you are satisfied. Room rate is fare as well. Room and the building were always clean. It was quiet, a necessity for those who are visiting for a deep spiritual experience. Highly recommend Hotel Sainte Marie for anyone who is looking for a good place to stay at the Sanctuary of Lourdes.

Perfect, small, charming typical French hotel right on the river next to the Basilica. Walking distance from everything. Christine is absolutely amazing, so very kind and accommodating! What a perfect place to stay for a visit to Lourdes. I will be back! Very reasonably priced. Petit hotel charmant et typiquement français, situé au bord de la rivière, à côté de la basilique. Tout est accessible à pied. Christine est absolument incroyable, très gentille et arrangeante ! Quel endroit parfait pour séjourner lors d'une visite à Lourdes. Je reviendrai ! Prix très raisonnables.

The owner is kind and useful who advised us about the shuttle pickup from our airline that saved us money to the airport as we planned to take Uber there which would cost us a lot more. The facility is a short walk to Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary , restaurants and shops which is very convenient!
