This hotel has great staffs and very friendly employees. However, this hotel is not clean at all. Water in the sink does not drain. Many furnitures are very dirty and not well cleansed. I will not go back for the price paid. We stayed at junior suite.

파리에 있는 호텔 중에 에펠탑이 보이는 뷰를 찾다가 알게됐는데, 인생에서 가장 좋은 호텔로 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 체크인하고 직원 분이 방까지 안내해서 하나씩 설명해주시고, 주변 레스토랑 예약하기 어려운 곳을 추천해주시고, 물건 잃어버린걸 찾아주시고 .. 정말 최고의 서비스였어요. 방은 조금 작긴 하지만 정말 깨끗하고 어매니티와 침구 모두 너무 좋았습니다. 에펠탑이 보이는 꼭대기 층에는 방이 두 개여서 예약이 조금 어려울 수 있는데, 꼭 하루 정도 숙박하는걸 추천합니다!

It was a fantastic hotel!

The hotel didn’t quite meet the expectations of a five-star property. The rooms were quite small, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was not very tasty and lacked variety. There was no one at the entrance to assist with opening the doors or welcoming guests, which felt unusual for a luxury hotel. Overall, it seemed more like a four-star hotel rather than five

The staff was great helping us to get excursions and dinner plans set up for us last minute. Will stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and Nice . The hotel itself is no where near a 5 star. Expedia is misleading on there reviews. Hotel is old and our room floor creaked as you walked and the people above us as they walked made creaking sounds as well. Diffidently not worth the amount they charge. At best it’s a 3-450.00 a night and that’s being generous. Cabinets made noises when open carpet had spots on it as you walked into the room.

This was a lovely property with an amazing view and friendly staff. Concierge was extremely helpful in getting anything that we may have needed at any hour. The 4 star review for area around the property is just because there weren’t many food options but overall I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.

It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s decent but not a luxury hotel. Rooms are a little rough around the edges. Carpets in rooms are worn and stained. Rooms are very dated. Honestly, it’s feels like a 3-star hotel to me.

One of my favorite hotels. Period

Usualmente voy cada 6 meses y elijo este hotel, en esta ocasión no había aire acondicionado y su solución fue que abriéramos la ventana del cuarto lo cual fue bastante incómodo, ya que comprometió el descanso completamente por el ruido y la luz de la mañana. Ellos dicen que no prenden el aire por el temporal de invierno pero es decisión de ellos, se cubrieron diciendo que era por ley. Lo cual investigamos y era mentira, el cuarto estaba a 35 grados Celsius y no pudieron ofrecerme una solución considerando que pagamos una cantidad bastante considerable por la estancia en este hotel 5 estrellas.

Very clean, friendly, well appointed hotel in the heart of Paris. Close for walking but away from highly touristy locations and hotels.

Staff was incredible

While we truly appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, we unfortunately had a number of issues with the condition of our room that significantly impacted our experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to be caused by mold or dampness. This smell was overpowering and led to us having allergies throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep and enjoy our time at the hotel. The sofa and rug in the room were also very dirty and emitted a foul stench, which only worsened the situation. The overall condition of the room was quite disappointing, and it seems that it may be in need of renovation to address these issues. Additionally, the sheets did not feel fresh, which added to our discomfort. Given the nature of the room’s condition, we unfortunately felt that it didn’t meet the standards we expected from your hotel. While we want to emphasize that the staff were wonderful, we feel that the room itself requires significant attention to improve its overall cleanliness and comfort. Séjour très agréable au San Regis. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le restaurant est convivial , dans un très beau cadre, et les plats délicieux. Le cadre est magnifique, très proche de la galerie Dior, du Grand Palais et des bouches de métro.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and beautiful.
