Very clean room and bathroom, peacefully quiet hotel in a convenient location and good wifi. Be aware one wing has no elevators and the spiral stairs are narrow. They offer a breakfast spread for a price - currently €15.
Very close to Pyrénées metro station and not far from Belleville metro station. Easy to find. Very interesting neighborhood with lots of cafes and world cuisine. Carrefour city grocery store and McDonalds just around the corner a few minutes away. No microwave or fridge in room, for those who might need that.
Some people may find the rooms small if they are used to American hotel rooms, for example. But Parisian hotel rooms often tend to be smaller. Had a perfectly good stay - nice hotel and safe but interesting neighborhood.
Would avoid Belleville station late at night. Not unsafe, just a bit unsavory crowd around there sometimes. But across the area, cafes and pubs are filled with young people late into the night. The convenience stores also stay open late and have most things travelers might need.

There was mouse poop in my bed when I returned from dinner. We were moved to another room (with no help from hotel staff) in the middle of the night. When I asked the hotel to refund me for that evening they only offered a 50% refund. The shower in BOTH rooms leaked all over the bathroom floors and there was mold all over the shower.
The staff was polite, however they did not inform the manager about our unpleasant experience and I had to keep asking to be put in contact with the manager. Fortunately for me she came in to work five minutes before my uber arrived to take me to the airport.

Chambre correcte, salle de bain miniature, le wc donne sur le mur que l'on peut presque toucher des genoux. On ne peut pas circuler dommage.

Hotel is well situated and the staff were friendly. Our room was not that clean; there was a damp and mouldy part of the carpet where the shower had leaked through the floor/wall. This made the room smell and this was evidenced by the fact the hotel staff had opened the window to the room before we arrived.
