ibis Paris Canal Saint-Martin

나쁘지 않았지만 그닥 좋지도 않았던 호텔. 파리 오기전 묵었던 벨기에 호텔이 끔찍했어서 상대적으로 점수가 좋음. 조식도 괜찮았음.

decent hotel but location was too far from east station and it was hard to move around

I booked 5 nights in ibis canal saint martin. It was quite a long walk from Jaures station, but later I walked from Louis Blanc which was much closer. There's access to 3 metro stations which is a very important point for travelers. The room was much smaller that what I expected, but the bed and the bathroom was okay. The neighborhood looks much better during daytime. The staff were all very kind and helping, but my belongings were missing everyday. It was small things like my sunblock and my makeup brush so I didn't want to make a scene at the hotel, but still it was upsetting. Other than that my stay was okay. Not bad, not good. It is a budget friendly place near a young, safe neighborhood. Exploring some of the cafes and restaurants nearby would be a great idea if you like places where there are more locals than tourists.

Clean room, nice staff and close to the metro.

This is not in a good area. Tents outside of the hotel. Bathroom smelled like sewage.

Overall okay

Breakfast was delicious. Tv never worked. Air conditioning was very helpful during hot weather. The last day before our departure, after breakfast, our key was disabled, making us lose time coming back to the desk twice.

The room was clean but quite small. The were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good. In the extreme heat the Aircon was very welcome.

It was a good place to stay near the train station. small but convinent rooms, if you are traveling with luggage, this is not the closest to the train station. There are other options. I would stay here again if you want to explore other parts of the city not necessarily close to Trocadero or Iffel Tower.

L'hotel est propre, le personnel agréable, mais la litérie.... j'avais l'impression de dormir entre deux morceaux de plastique, totalement irréspirable. J'ai eu trop chaud tout la nuit et je n'ai pas pu dormir.

Points positifs : 1) personnel très attentionné et irréprochable. 2) chambres propres 3) literie confortable 4) petit déjeuner correct Points négatifs : 1)pas de café ( cafetière ou bouilloire) dans les chambres) 2) pas petits echantillons de savon ou de shampoing etc...dans les chambres 3) serviettes extrêmement rêches. 4) la nuit les clochards hurlaient et la fenêtre ne fermant pas suffisamment bien, je péinais à m'endormir.
