Muy bien, agradable estancia cerca del aeropuerto, pero un poco lejos de la ciudad; son embargo así lo elegimos xq no encontramos otras opciones. Bien, para una noche, pero solo por las distancias, en general, agradable

Not properly explained

C’est très bien mais peu de restaurants d’ouverts aux alentours le soir.

Everything was great. I would've given 5 star if only the reception would've given me an explanation of the hotel, wifi, coffee in the lobby, shuttle times, use of the microwave and other things without me having to ask later on.

Mail de confirmation erroné. Réservation d’une nuit à Ibis Orly. Un mail nous a confirmé que notre séjour se passerait , bien que confirmé à Ibis dans un autre hôtel Mercure. Sommes allés au Mercure qui n’avait pas de réservation avant d’être de nouveau orientés vers Ibis.

The hotel is Ok only for one night.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette hôtel bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant : merci pour le check in, le personnel de l accueil et au personnel en charge du petit déjeuner. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simple mais avec du choix pour chacun avec des produits frais et du choix pour les boisson chaude + jus…Le coin enfant à l accueil nous a permis de nous détendre le soir avec une deco sympa où il est possible de s assoir et/ou de commander au bar. Nous étions en voiture le parking est un peu cher pour une nuit ( 19€)mais j ai préféré opter pour ce service car je ne suis pas sûr qu il y ai un parking au alentour. Je recommande

Hotel em boas condições. Check-in rápido. Quartos limpos. Perfeito para quem vai fazer conexão em Orly que foi nosso caso. Opção de restaurante no Hotel Mercure, ao lado

I’ve been using Expedia for many years and this is my very first negative review. When we checked in staff assigned us a room and gave us a key. We went upstairs and into our room. There is no inside lock on the door, so I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. About an hour later another guest used their key to enter our room. I explained that it was occupied and tried calling the front desk but didn’t get an answer. Frustrated, I placed a chair against the door. My wife and I took a shower and went to bed. In the middle of the night, hotel staff entered our room while we were sleeping! I yelled that we were in bed. After they left I got dressed and went downstairs to address the issue. They claimed that I was in the wrong room and it was my fault, in spite of me having the room card with the room number and the fact that my key they gave me worked. I’ve never had this happen to me before and it was very unsettling. Very unsafe. Do not stay at this hotel!

Si vous voyagez tôt le matin d’Orly c’est super. Sinon aucun intérêt Resto correct dans le mercure juste à côté et navette gratuite pour l’aéroport

La chambre était, jusqu'á quelques détails, propre dans l'ensemble. Elle est bein aménagée. Malheureusement le mobilier a un peu souffert de mauvaises manipulations de clients moins respectueux. C'est une bonne option dans l'attente d'un vol à Orly!

Très bien et surtout la navette aéroport gratuite !!!! Parking voiture trop cher la nuit 19 euros Sinon nickel !!

Bon accueil

Séjour efficace 22 min en uber de la Gare de Lyon. Hôtel très propre Petit dej à 5h Navette toute les 20 minutes tôt le matin Sur place des pasta box très très cher …. Prenez à manger avant

Es un lugar limpio y accesible. Nuestra estadía buena.
