Personnel très agréable, la piscine un plus

Everything about Kyriad itself was excellent . The location was also very convenient for walking from or accessing public transport . If there was any thing one small thing that could be easily improved, it would be for just one english language news channel to be added to the TV subscription ( BBC or Al Jazeera ? )

La réceptionniste était top souriante et disponible la propreté était la chambre calme literie très bien et espace piscine top .

Faltaba un detector de incendio en la habitación y había olor como a un tipo de cigarro 🚬 ☘️ , de noche es mejor llegar por las avenidas grandes, son muy amables y las habitaciones están bien

L'hôtel est dans son ensemble propre et agréable. La literie est très confortable. Malheureusement, une forte odeur de cigarette était présente dans ma chambre, ce qui est très désagréable lorsqu'on n’est pas fumeur. Aucune solution n'a pu être apportée... Le petit déjeuner était très bien. La salle de sport comporte des équipements permettant de réaliser une séance classique.

Chambre vraiment sale, communs sales, insonorisation, cheveux partout dans la chambre, le sol n’était vraiment pas propre avec une odeur horrible

Proche commerces et transports, très calme. Ménage et changement de linge sur demande. Très bon hôtel, excellent séjour.

The room was okay, the staff was friendly. We were not happy about the private parking of the hotel. Sadly the gate of the parking stayed wide open day and night during the entire duration of our stay, and for 10 euro per day we expected a 100% safe spot for the car. Also the videocamera in the parking was blocked by a big truck… The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. For 13 euro pp we expected more than yesterdays croissants, eggs we boiled ourselves, and few slices of emmental, no fruits, and a yoghurt that was one day expired. Pay attention when you walk on the sidewalk in front of the hotel if you want to avoid dog poop on your heels. Please don’t go to the snack bar ´grillades au feu de bois’ around the corner. When queuing for a sandwich around 9 pm, we almost got involved in a stab fight, when the employees started arguing in between them. Luckily the macdo was close by. It was also usefull to have a supermarket close by.

Très bonne surprise cet hôtel ! Chambre très propre et spacieuse ! Mais surtout, une mention spéciale au personnel dans sa totalité ! Pas seulement une personne, la totalité de l'effectif ! Une bienveillance et un professionnalisme comme on en voit rarement. Rapport qualité-prix assuré.
