뷰 빼고는 모두 나쁘다. 시설 열악하고 룸도 전체적으로 다 낡았다. 복도에서는 퀴퀴한 냄새가난다. 바다뷰는 환상적이다. 근데 바다는 그냥 바다다. 호텔 서비스가 아니다.서비스는 나쁘지만 때론.좋다.

A piscina localizada na cobertura foi ponto decisivo na escolha do hotel, imaginando que seria um local agradável no rooftop, e com uma vista ampla, conforme foi apresentada nas fotos da propriedade, porém a piscina não atendeu as minhas expectativas, piscina cercada e sem espreguiçadeiras, e sem a esparada vista e ambiente que o rooftop deveria proporcionar. Ambiente da piscina não condiz com o hotel.

The hotel was great, the only criticism I may have is when I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was kind of rude with his commentary about our travels to Paris first. It caught us off guard because we were just making small talk and he made it snarky. Outside of him, everything else was great.

We paid almost 1000 USD for a room but were very disappointed in the quality of the room. It was a very basic room (like a 3 star hotel). The bathroom was old and the tiles had mold & mildew. The room was poorly furnished and we were shocked that they cherished 1000$ for it. We could have stayed at luxury hotels in Nice for the same price (we checked the rates). Do NOT recommend staying here.

Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there...
It is overall a good place to stay on a short family or business trip, especially for its location.

Stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Sea View Suite, nice staff despite my basic French, they gave me a welcome gift of bottled waters and Chocolate! Clean rooms, provided me with towels for the beach as well, Wifi is very strong you can get signal at the beach, reasonable prices, lovely view of the Meditteranean and the promenade from the balcony. Would stay again! Thanks a bunch to all the staff!!!
