직원들 모두 너무 친절하고 숙소가 매우 깨끗했습니다. 빵은 먹어보진 않았는데 로비에 있는 빵집이 현지인들이 찾아와서 사 갈 정도로 인기가 있는 것 같았습니다. 공항으로 가는 길에 그곳에서 간식거리로 블루베리 쿠키와 과일 샐러드를 샀는데 쿠키가 너무 맛있어서 더 사오지 못한 것이 아쉬웠습니다~

구시가지에서 도보로 7분정도. 메인관광지에서 조금 떨어져있지만 복잡하지않고 한가로운 곳에 있어 다닐만 합니다. 가격대가 좀 있는 호텔인만큼 호텔은 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았구요. 야외 수영장이 있는데 시간상 이용하지 못해서 아쉽네요. 호텔 지하에 주차장이 있는데 유료주차고 금액은 좀 비싼편입니다.

호수 옆에 위치한 현대식 호텔. 우리가족이 숙박한 룸은 2층으로 되어 있고 각층마다 화장실이 위치해서 분리된 공간으로 이용이 가능했음. 경치가 매우 아름다웠고 조식뷔페도 맛있음. 다시 숙박할 의사는 100%!

Great hotel. The use of space in the rooms is so well thought out. There is more storage space than in most hotel rooms because the designers were so creative about not wasting space. We truly appreciated that!

The location and room were perfect! Very easy to walk to old town and the lake. We loved that rental bikes were at the property and loved the option of the pool in the late afternoon. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Amazing Hotel with great staff in a Prime spot in the wonderful town of Annecy

Great location right outside of old part of Annecy. Across from lake and its bike/walking path. Breakfast had variety for kids and us. Pool provided a nice way to cool off.

The Pelican is a great property. Unfortunately due to flight cancellations and delays, we only got to stay for 12 hours so we did not get to experience the property. It is near the lake and close to downtown and the canals. After a long 2 days of travelling, the check in staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious was many options.

Room was great. The pool area was lovely, lots of clean towels and available loungers. Umbrellas on wheels was a helpful touch! The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Staff on Reception were super helpful finding us a parking space even though I forgot to pre-book.

Accueil exceptionnel ! Équipe O petits soins. L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé en bord de lac et très proche de la vieille ville. Je reviendrai.

This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. The pool was a highlight as it was quite warm. The pool was a perfect temperature with sun loungers and a bar for spritz up the stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with nice linens and good hanging space. And good air conditioning!!!

Classy hotel, at least from 5th floor a view to the lake, not unobstructed and lake is maybe 300m away. There is unbuilt lot in front of the hotel on the other side of the street and behind that starts a park. Our room had the view, the windows (that can be opened) though are not huge. Hotel is at walking distance from the canals, for a fit person takes like 5min direct or bit more walking by the sea. Parking under the hotel tight space as usual in France, but works. Not too many places, book. Breakfast not too cheap 28eur, but good, also you can sit at the 2nd floor terrace outdoors. Same place for the restaurant (we had dinner) which was on the expensive side but nice, personnel friendly everywhere. Boulangerie inside the hotel, some people had smaller breakfast using its items. Pool, yes there is and it is heated, maybe too much even. The usual ‘I’ll sneak by towel on the sunbed at sunrise and see if you will come later’, but not too much. Obviously screaming children and the area is not that big, swim rather in the lake. We went to the pool around 4pm, but managed after all the find a sunbed, unfortunately many with towels, but towel owner elsewhere. Annecy is touristic I noticed (even in May), lake is beautiful, there are swimming places, do that. Took a 1h cruise, guy only spoke French, fell asleep. So Pelican, we paid 200eur for lake view in May, which I think was very reasonable price.

Minha experiência no Pelican em Annecy foi maravilhosa. Além de ter amado o hotel, fiquei completamente encantada pela cidade, que é extremamente charmosa e agradável. A localização do hotel é excelente, bem à beira do lago, perfeita para caminhar, correr e aproveitar a paisagem. Também fica muito perto da cidade velha e da feirinha de rua, o que deixou a experiência ainda mais especial. Tudo em Annecy parece ter um charme próprio. O hotel em si também é muito agradável. O quarto para duas pessoas é um pouco pequeno, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia. O banheiro tinha um tamanho bom, o chuveiro era muito gostoso e as amenidades também eram de ótima qualidade. O café da manhã merece destaque: simplesmente incrível, com muitas opções e tudo muito saboroso. Outro ponto que adoramos foi o terraço e a piscina aquecida, que conseguimos aproveitar bastante durante a estadia. Foi uma experiência deliciosa e eu voltaria com certeza.
