Dette hotellet fortjener ikke 5 stjerner ! Vi ble vist til et rom i en gammel mørk gang med skitne tepper. Etter en del diskusjoner fikk vi endret til et fint rom i et nyere bygg, dog ikke forventet standard. Toalettet fungerte først etter 3 forsøk på reparasjon. Meget god frokost med hyggelig betjening. All annen service var middels, betjeningen lite opplært. Ventet 45 min på en drink i hagen. Omgivelsene med hage, basseng osv var bra. Beliggenhet meget bra ! Vi er alltid fornøyd med Relais&Chateau, men dette hotellet holder ikke mål.

Iluminação do quarto é pessima, ao acender o abajur a noite seu companheiro vai acordar. A privada fica Fora do banheiro e não tem Biden. Nossa razão de se hospedar lá era por conta do restaurante que supostamente tem estrelas Michelam . O restaurante estava fechado. Não havia serviço de garçom nas áreas comuns, caso quisesse uma bebida você tinha que buscar. Como o restaurante estava fechado, não havia serviço de bar

Excellent location, lovely grounds and well appointed room

Excellent service. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Beautiful property

The grounds we lovely, serene and quiet. Parking was secure and easy. Our only complaint was the front desk staff were not warm and friendly which sets the tone for the property and stay. The dining room staff was very friendly in contrast.

I don't usually leave written reviews but want to here. If there was a single thing wrong with this hotel we didh't encounter it. Staff went above and beyond. Personal service was exceptionally well delivered. The facilities not only were well conceived and maintained but significantly contributed to the serenity of place. Small touches everywhere. Truly an amazing experience. Kudos.

The location is good but only having an over priced “gastronomic” menu is ridiculous

Hôtel dans un cadre extraordinaire et hors du temps. Piscine incroyable. Chambre un peu vieillotte et dommage que seul du café est proposé en chambre. On aurait pu s'attendre à une bouilloire et du thé dans ce type d'établissement. Personnel très agréable et pro. Je recommande.

A quieter village is a break from tourist crowds in Avignon. The property is a touch of old school Relais and Chateaux. Beautiful grounds for outdoor dining. Several other restaurants in Villeneuve-Les-Avignon village.

For the most part, the staff was not friendly nor welcoming. I booked two rooms at the end of April for a July 19th chicken, chicken, and neither were close to each other. The goal of this trip is to be close to our adult daughters and we were in two separate buildings. We were accommodated on the second night of our trip with two upgraded rooms closer to each other however, the door to our suite broke and we were not able to use that room for that second night. We do commend the one staff member who went out of his way to try and resolve the door issue that night, however it wasn’t possible. The next day, when we went to move our daughters into their new room the staff members on shift at that time questioned whether or not we should actually be able to move into the rooms, questioning our honesty about what had occurred the day before with their colleague overall, we had an OK stay, the pool is lovely and was welcomed on hot days however the menu options at the pool are ridiculous. Nine euros for a can of Coke is not realistic.

This was not a 5 star hotel and description of rooms and hotel is very misleading. We’ve stayed at Relais Chateau hotels in the past and they were very nice. This hotel desperately needs remodeling. We requested an updated room but none were available so it’s clear that they’ve renovated some and not others but don’t disclose that information. For over $500 per night this was a disappointing part of our trip.

One of our favorite places, serene and beautiful with excellent service and a Michelin star restaurant.
