Lovely rural setting. Mikael, the host was especially helpful when we were leaving after 3 nights. We had a flat car battery and he came to our aid with his charging leads. He didn’t hesitate to help even though he had a particularly busy day ahead. Many thanks.

Came to visit the Viaduc de Millau on our way to southern France. Had a one night stopover at Les Caselles. Very friendly host, super nice room in a restored once-sheep stable. We chose to follow the in-house dinner concept. Very nice dinner, good atmosphere and at €30 per adult it was very good value. Got some good tips for our further travel southwards. All in all a very nice way to spend an evening/night or a weekend in the hills/mountains outside Millau.

Exceptional - friendly, welcoming staff that made us all feel at home. Unique location with great views, quiet rooms and a well-maintained indoor pool. Food prepared and presented by Édith was superb and Mikael and team are excellent hosts. We'll definitely stop by in the future!

Un accueil chaleureux, plein de gentillesse ds ce bel endroit à 5 mn du viaduc de Millau. Une piscine avec beaucoup de cachet et très agréable.
Ns avons dîner sur place, après réservation pour la table d hôtes. Un dîner parfait en terrasse avec des autres vacanciers et des échanges très conviviaux avec la cheffe, auteur du dîner et avec notre hôte.
Ns sommes repartis avec des conseils de cuisine, et appris beaucoup. Merci à elle, pour ces moments de partages. Nous y reviendrons avec bonheur.

Expedia and Les Castelles need to make the pool and spa usage very clear in the booking email. There was no mention of charging to use sauna or hot tub or when and if it could be used.

Venez les yeux fermés, l'établissement est fantastique. Les chambres comme vous n'en verrez plus et si vous mangez sur place, malheureusement, vous n'irez fréquenter aucun autre restaurant durant votre séjour: c'est délicieux. L'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Sans oublier la piscine placée dans un cadre magnifique et la vue qui sublime le tout
