안내 직원은 매우 친절합니다 다만 중세시대의 건물에 세련되지못한 화장실 시설은 에러입니다 또한 방안의 시설 특히 카페트는 너무 지저분했고 방안의 오줌지린듯한 고약한 냄새는 정말 최악이었습니다

다른 사람의 후기를 보고 짐을 다른 곳에 덜어두고 갔는데 그럴 필요가 없었다. 정말 운이 좋아서 높은 층으로 배정받지 않는다면 혼자가면 1층 리셉션바로 앞에 방 3개중 하나를 받게된다. 창문으로 지나가는 사람들이 보이는. 다른 호텔들도 거의 5-6meters안에 모여는 있고, 어디에 있는 방을 배정받느냐가 문제인거다. 룸은 renovation이 근래에 된듯 깔끔했다. 꼭 섬안에서가 아니라고 하면 가까운. 호텔에서 자길 권유함. 섬에서 하루밤을 원하면 가격대 성능으로. 권해주고 싶음.

No internet. No TV. Pretty much no privacy as well. It's really about being in that beautiful town unless you have some work to do. If you're vacationing without needing any internet than this is a great option. It's a very busy island. People constantly looking into my window...eye level with the castle walls.

Mont St Michel is amazing, wonderful, stunning. All the buildings on it are relatively small, quaint and old fashioned. We went for a room with a view over the ramparts. It had a kettle and water in a fridge, a double bed and a small en-suite bathroom and was fine/good. It doesn’t have air-conditioning or a lift (there are only a few stairs to and in the property, but they are quite steep - but that’s the nature of the place. The downside was from about 5.30am in the morning Mont St Michel and all of its restaurants and shops are being re-supplied and litter is being taken away and this is a very very noisy (but essential) process and continues for about 2.5 hours or more. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this - it’s just the price you pay for staying in somewhere like this. (And I would say is worth it!)

Daterat rum med heltäckningsmatta och tygtapeter (!) som delvis var sönderrivna. Mattan var ostädad, men sängen var ren och badrummet var OK. Dock ett bisarrt rum där "utsikt mot staden" betydde utsikt rakt in i en mur eller mot ett mycket smutsigt schakt fullt av duvor. Korridoren luktade spya, även den med heltäckningsmatta. Verkar vara ett och samma hotell som flera andra med andra namn, så när man bokar kan man inte riktigt veta vad man får. Frukosten var ok och åts på ett annat hotell. Välj något annat om ni ska bo på ön - för det är absolut värt det att se ön under kvällen!

I wish I had a better stay at this hotel for the price I paid. It was only 1 night but the biggest problem was that I was not warned that everything was closed at 9pm. It didn't even crossed my mind as such a turistic place I thought It would be something to eat. Not even a vending machine at the hotel or the city. NOTHING. I found a pair of flipflops in the room, 1 under the bed which means they didn't clean or check properly. The hairdryer was not working but the team provided us another one. I think I could have a better time there cause it's not a cheap place to stay. And even if it was, for most of us it's a unique experience so it should hold better memories. It was not bad at all, but I'd only stay there again if there was the only place left.

Very comfortable little room away from the chaos. Quiet and clean.

The hotel is amazing, however during the heatwaves, there’s lack of fan or air conditioners to cool the room. Staffs weren’t very helpful during the heatwaves. On the other side, the room is amazing, comfy bed and bathroom is clean.

Attention à la chambre qui est réservée ! !! C est peu clair sur le site mais certai es chambres sont dans une annexe à l autre bout de la rue principale qu il faut redescendre pour prendre le petit déjeuner... L accès aux annexes n est pas indiqué car il faut descendre un petit escalier un peu caché... Petite chambre, toute petite salle de bain, télé minuscule comme la douche... Vue sur une cour intérieure assez moche... nous étions très déçus...

We had a clean room with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. Lying in bed, we could see the spire of the Abbey! Check-in before the walkway was smooth, and they allowed us in about an hour early. We also took the option to pay additionally for late checkout. There was coffee and tea in the room for morning and ample extra bedding and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during both checkin and checkout.

This was in a beautiful location but the accommodation itself was rather tired. Slight problem with troublesome flies but that was due to the proximity to a restaurant kitchen and mud flats outside.

Workers readying for the day begin at 5:30 am or so and are extremely noisy. Their carts rumble over the cobblestones right outside the window. Better to stay at a hotel higher up on the mount.

Very tired and aged property in need of a full refurbishment. Staff were friendly and breakfast was basic but adequate. A few basic changes could make the experience here so much better. Location was great on this iconic location. Having parking available was very helpful.

When we checked in, there were a large number of flies in our room. The staff explained that this was due to the hot weather and surrounding environment. Unfortunately, there were no fans or air conditioning available, which made the stay uncomfortable and left me disappointed.

The hotel was a little hard to find as there are no signs along the main street. The room had everything we needed. It was 90 degrees in May so we were able to borrow a fan from reception, since there is no air conditioning. Breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant. Note: The shuttle bus drops you about 3/4 of the way on the footbridge. You have to walk with suitcases the rest of the way, up a steep street to get to the room. Luckily we only had a small roller suitcase each. After 5-6 pm the island emptied out of all the day tourists and it was almost deserted. Great time to explore the village and get some great sunset photos.

We stayed at Les Terrasses Poulard. Amazing French breakfast buffet included with our room (although we heard it’s not included with all rooms). The room was clean and we had an amazing view. Jut be aware that there is no fan or AC. It was 90 degrees in May when we stayed there. It cooled down once sun went down and we had all windows open, but hot during the day.

This lodging consists of a group of hotels which are located on or slightly off the main street of Mt St Michelle. The check in process is somewhat complex with stops in two offices in separate locations, What is not disclosed in the lodging data is that there are multiple hotels, and the Expedia booking process did not allow to determine in which you are staying, This could be of particular importance for people with mobility issues. It is also disappointing because you wont likely be stating in the location published on Expedia. The rooms are small, consistent with most boutique European hotels. The carpet appeared to be somewhat in disrepair, Overall, the lodging is serviceable but not especially comfortable. It is best suited for a short(1-2 day) stay in a fabulous location,
