안내 직원은 매우 친절합니다 다만 중세시대의 건물에 세련되지못한 화장실 시설은 에러입니다 또한 방안의 시설 특히 카페트는 너무 지저분했고 방안의 오줌지린듯한 고약한 냄새는 정말 최악이었습니다

다른 사람의 후기를 보고 짐을 다른 곳에 덜어두고 갔는데 그럴 필요가 없었다. 정말 운이 좋아서 높은 층으로 배정받지 않는다면 혼자가면 1층 리셉션바로 앞에 방 3개중 하나를 받게된다. 창문으로 지나가는 사람들이 보이는. 다른 호텔들도 거의 5-6meters안에 모여는 있고, 어디에 있는 방을 배정받느냐가 문제인거다. 룸은 renovation이 근래에 된듯 깔끔했다. 꼭 섬안에서가 아니라고 하면 가까운. 호텔에서 자길 권유함. 섬에서 하루밤을 원하면 가격대 성능으로. 권해주고 싶음.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable et les locaux sont très bien entretenus. Rien à redire, je recommande.

This was a wonderful surprise. After reading the reviews I was expecting it to be run down and smelly it wasn’t. We stayed in room 6 and had beautiful views out the windows. The room was clean the carpet didn’t smell, the pillows were great, the mattresses could be better, the room was large for three adult. The location was perfect and the breakfast was EXCELLENT. There were outlets everywhere and well thought out shelves, nightstands and wardrobe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Séjour très original sur le Mont-Saint-Michel dans cette batisse médiévale. Personnel très accueillant, chambre très propre, bon petit déjeuner dans le restaurant donnant sur la rue principale et très calme le matin avant l'arrivée de la foule.

The room was a small room with a musty bathroom. It was grand for just one night. It was centrally located - in an annex of the hotel where the reception was. The view was of the overgrown yard space. You are paying to stay on Mont Saint Michel not for luxurious surroundings. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was good and plentiful. Parking was a mystery - we were told to go to a hotel on the mainland to get instructions about our hotel location but no advice was given about how to access the mainland hotel parking area where you need a code for the barrier to lift. They did not answer the phone. Do bring water for your hotel room as there is none available.

Tivemos muita dificuldade com o estacionamento do carro. Ninguém nos deu instruções de como deveríamos fazer, também não tínhamos um código para passar na cancela. Outra coisa, a porta do nosso banheiro não fechava.

This was our first time in Mont St Michel. This hotel is located right off the Main Street near the entrance. It was easy to find. Staff was very helpful since you have to park your car off the site and then take a shuttle bus. Staff helped us to navigate that. The stairs were narrow as expected so travel light is the key. Rooms are comfortable.

Chambre exigue, moquette tachée, insonorisation médiocre, heureusement le site est merveilleux et le personnel très sympa, on reviendra mais dans un autre établissement.

It’s a basic room but clean. It was hard to find because only the check in area is marked. Thankfully the front desk person walked us there after we couldn’t find it. Our breakfast was included, which was nice. It was great to stay at the site though!!

Perfecto lo que es habitación, estaba caliente. Malo, la entrada está en un callejón sin iluminar y con escalones

O lugar é maravilhoso, equipe do hotel muito simpatica e educada. Porem quarto velho, carpete nojento com varias manchas de cores variadas, papel de parede manchado, tinta descascando. O hotel é muito bonitinho, ambiente rustico, cafe da manhã muito bom num ambiente super aconchegante. So ficou devendo um quarto mais bem cuidado.

Staff was great, room was small but it was expected, pretty view, minutes from the abbey, the only thing to note is that if you are pregnant or overweight you probably won’t be able to pass through the shower's door as they don’t open completely because the bathroom sink is on its way but the shower has great pressure and nice hot water! Breakfast was free and it was super good for me, overall it was great. We love Mont Saint Michel.
