Bon emplacement, chambre petite mais convenable et suffisante pour un court séjour.
Par contre, chasse d'eau qui met une éternité à se recharger, évier qui se bouche tout comme le bac de douche.

The hotel is located in a very central area, making walking to the main attractions very easy. The hotel facilities were average and good for a cheap stay but no kettle or fridge etc. Staff were polite and friendly but the biggest let down was the thin room walls which meant we could hear conversations and snoring from other rooms.

L'accès à l'hôtel se fait par une galerie, fermée à certaines heures.
Accueil très bien.
L'espace détente est un plus (on peut y prendre un verre à plusieurs).
Propreté moyenne (quelques traces de salissure sur les rideaux ou dans les couloirs).
Position centrale, permettant de visiter à pied une bonne partie de Lille.

L'équipe est accueillante, sympathique, serviable et professionnel en même temps.
Très agréable de rentrer dans la chambre très propre et lumineuse.
Ont s'y sent en sécurité et libre à la fois
Vraiment je me déplace beaucoup dans différents hôtels où même appart hôtel.
Pour sur cette localisation c'est le meilleur. Il ne manque plus qu'une cuisine pour se sentir chez soi 😁😉

The location was great for walkability, but homeless sleep outside the front door, there are 2 locked doors you need to ge through to get inside which feels dodgy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the building smelt like cigarettes, the lock on my room didn’t work, the paint was peeling, floor was chipped and the lights in the room felt very clinical. Thankfully I was only there one night. I read more reviews and it sounds like some ppl had belongings stolen so I brought my suitcase to a storage facility for the day while I walked around town just in case.

Séjour agréable. Accueil chaleureux et bien expliquer. Buffet petit déjeuner parfait ni de trop ni trop peu, juste ce qu'il faut pour commencer une belle journée.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre dans laquelle le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, la télé non plus et il y avait des odeurs d’égout. Nous avons été à l’accueil pour leur indiquer et ils nous ont changé de chambre.

The hotel is situated perfectly if you are looking to explore the City centre. However, our room was ridiculously small. If it had a single bed, and was sold as a single room it would have been adequate. But with a double bed, and two people in the room, with luggage, it simply wasn't big enough to even function properly. We felt it was poor.

Chambre ridiculement petite (inférieure de 9m2) sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre et tarif exorbitant (162€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner).
Il ne vaut mieux pas être claustrophobe !

Tout simplement Horrible. Chambre mini 10m2 à tout casser avec salle de bain.la douche on ne peut pas se retourner, à ce tarif là il serait judicieux d’avoir un minimum de confort un mur est en plein milieu de la chambre
