Parfait,

very very and very good

2nd visit, better than first. Main restaurant Pic is rapidly becoming my most favorite restaurant in the world! The creativity is out of this world without being gimmicky… the bistro was also fantastic. Meeting Chef Pic was a highlight. Staff is absolutely top notch. We will be back!

Due to a car accident we were not mobile at all, but the help and kindness of the staff helped us to "survive" those difficult days.

Un havre de sérénité et de confort épuré au centre de valence. Tout est fait ici pour choyer les invités, car c'est bien ainsi que l'on est accueilli chez Anne Sophie Pic. Ici, chacun est charmant et les professionnels sont du meilleur niveau.

Une parenthèse exceptionnelle dans un lieu magique, une équipe incroyablement engagée pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable et une gastronomie d’exception imprégnée d’excellence. La maison PIC est magique est c’est une chance de pouvoir la découvrir.

on a l’habitude de dire que la perfection n’est pas de ce monde, il faut corriger : la perfection est de ce monde …chez Mme Pic.

Un bel endroit. Un personnel accueillant où tout est parfait ou presque ... il manque juste un portemanteau pour accrocher son peignoir ! 😉 Le bistrot André est excellent

Una meraviglia tra le meraviglie. Non è solo un albergo, è un museo, un’opera d’arte. Coccolati dall’arrivo alla partenza, personale gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Camera grande, confortevole e pulita. Consiglio vivamente

We had high expectations of Maison Pic going in and in some ways, they were met. The on-site restaurants are excellent though pricey. However, for a 5 star, it leaves you a bit wanting. We were in a room with a terrace which was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, noise from the garden, courtyard and upper floors was a constant factor in the room, including a zealous gardener running a power tool at 6:10am which continued for over 20 minutes until we called the front desk. The wifi is also poor. Service was good though we were told different things by different members of front of house and what they said also differed from the information available on the in-room tablet (such as ironing and breakfast being included when there were not.) These are small things but given the lofty tone of the establishment and price, they make all the difference.

A magical experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. 15 out of 10!!!

We had an excellent stay at Maison Pic. The courtyard bistro and the restaurant are magnificent, as well as the small garden and swimming pool area. The rooms are spacios and airconditioned, which is paramount in the hot French summer. Following the breakdown of our car, the hotel was very helpful and insured that we able to get our car to a safe garage and us on the train to Cannes

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel établissement. La chambre était très agréable et spacieuse. Grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. La piscine est très agréable quoique un peu fraiche mi-septembre. Nous avons diné et déjeuné au restaurant André (les restaurant 3 étoiles était fermé le dimanche soir et le lundi) et la table était vraiment très bonne. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y avait personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée et que nous avons été obligé de chercher une personne de l'hôtel car le seul réceptionniste de l'hôtel était allé accompagner un client dans sa chambre. Cela ne donne pas une bonne impression de départ pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel, chambre très agréable, literie au top. qq micro détails à corriger dans la chambre ( douche un peu bouchée, débouchée directement par nos soins et portes dans la chambre abimées ( tranche par rapport au reste). Chambre qui manque peut être un peu d’âme par rapport au prix.
