Very kind staff and very good location near to the most of places of attraction.

낭트 중심가에 위해하여 활동하기 좋았으며, 멋진 조식과 커피가 좋았습니다. 깔끔하고 좋은 시설과 함께 가격대비 좋았습니다.

Beautiful hotel, great location near public transportation. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, eggs, sausage, bacon as well as all the regular Continental style foods. Only downside was getting to the location via car. This is a semi pedestrian zone and it was very complicated to get to the hotel. Make sure you contact the hotel and get your codes and directions.

Chambre viellissante : acceptable, mais rédhibitoire la mauvaise odeur de la chambre 301. Entre produit chimique ou odeur maladroitement désagréable. Malaisant. Qualité prix, bien trop chère pour un 4 etoile...

Chambre pour 3 pas top le lit d’appoint mon fils fait 1,80 trop petit. Toute petite couette sur les 3 lits

A equipe sempre muito gentil, o quarto é confortável e o hotel próximo de tudo. Faltou uma academia maior, mas isso é muito específico. Pessoal do bar muito gentil.

Personnel chaleureux, chambre confortable et très propre, emplacement idéal en centre.

Très mal insonorisé, wc avec odeurs, vetuste, la prestation borne de recharge voiture inexistante.

Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Chambre calme et confortable

Hotel muy bien situado y con un desayuno excelente. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Sin duda una muy buena elección.

Outstanding hotel. Coming from the train, hopped #1 tram to Commerce, 1 block from hotel, which is in the lovely pedestrian zone. Rooms was large, excellent bed & bedding, WC was sleek, nice to have a little fridge & bathrobes. Our "Priviledge" Room also had a Juliet balconey overlooking the walkway. Common rooms have simple elegance (lobby, bar, restaurant). Didn't use the gym, but ironing room was handy! Great area for seeing sights, restaurants & shops. BTW our impressions of this hotel started out great in the first minutes because of the young lady at reception, Julie,who greeted us the afternoon of Nov 2nd. Rarely do we meet someone so flawless in every aspect. She was warm, friendly and very efficient. Provided an excellent room, clear information and made sure we were aware of all the hotel offers. After giving us our keys (without having to ask, 2) she asked if there was any other way she could help make our visit better. One has the feeling she will be succesful in any profession but she is certainly perfectly suited to hospitality. This is definitely our No #1 for Nantes on any return trip.

Great stay

Le personnel était aimable et serviable, la taille de la chambre avec 2 lits simples etait correcte. Le plus : les Wc séparés de la salle de bains. L'hôtel etant central et très bien situé (proche gare, château des ducs, tramway) nous avons pu faire nos visites à pied.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a location that is walkable to everything. However, it is very confusing to get to the hotel if you are driving. It is in the centre of the city. You have to use an intercom on the street to lower a metal tube-like thing that blocks the road. Also, the parkade is very tight.

We had a very comfortable stay. It’s a lovely hotel in a fantastic location easy walking distance from the beautiful town centre, lots of great bars cafes restaurants nearby. We can highly recommend The Tomato. All The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The parking situation however is a bit of a nightmare if you drive a higher vehicle. The car park is underground, low ceiling and tight to manoeuvre in. It’s also situated in a pedestrian area so you need directions and a code to get into the pedestrian area from the hotel before arriving (the postcode for the hotel itself is problematic with sat navs if driving). I’d recommend calling the hotel beforehand to get the code and instructions on how to drive to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, but would go in a much smaller car!

Great hotel in very good location - excellent entrecote restaurant opposite. Staff great
