Un.hotel du caractère, tres authentique et bien entretenu. Les gens sont vraiment sympa et aimables, les services impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner excellent et délicatement servii. On rêve de repasser un jour.

Hôtel aux prestations convenables mais pas à la hauteur du tarif. 270€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner très simple et sans choix.

L'endroit est pitoresque et le personnel est gentil. On s'y sent bien.

A beautiful boutique hotel. A spacious room, with thoughtful design. A very peaceful hotel, with the water wheel creating a calming noise. Pool was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel Moulin de Vigonac is a beautiful detail oriented family run hotel. The setting on the stream of rushing water was relaxing and therapeutic. Highly recommended!

Situé un peu à l'écart de Brantôme, cet ancien moulin permet d'être au calme. Accueil très attentionné. Chambre de bonne qualité

A fabulous stay once again at this beautiful property. Olivier, his mum and ‘chef’ made us very welcome and everything from our delightful and spacious room (Cassandra) to the lovely breakfast and gastronomic evening meals was superb. Can’t recommend highly enough

This is a hotel that we love to stay at. We are always made so welcome by the charming owners and their son who will greet us personally in the car park when we arrive. The bedrooms are so comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds with the mill race quite beautiful. And food to die for ! We will always return.

One of the most beautiful places that we have ever stayed! We had the Cassandra Room. Staff are amazing. The dinner outside on the terrace was incredible! We loved it!!

Un bel établissement à l'accueil particulièrement soigné,individualisé,tout est fait pour notre confort et notre bien-être.La chambre est vaste,bien décorée,la télévision cachée dans une armoire,ce qui est rare et contribue à l'esthétique,il y a aussi un petit balcon meublé avec vue sur la roue du moulin pour se reposer au bruit de la chute d'eau,tout est très poétique.La salle d'eau est moderne,les toilettes séparées.Le lieu est un peu à l'écart de la ville de Brantôme encore très peuplée en cette fin du mois d'août,et c'est bien agréable.Le restaurant est classique avec une belle part de régional et des produits de qualité.Le petit-déjeuner servi sur table est copieux,servi avec le sourire et un indéniable désir de faire plaisir aux visiteurs.C'est un hôtel très confortable avec un accueil chaleureux où je retournerai avec plaisir.

What a gem of a hotel! We loved everything about this water mill turned into a charming country hotel with a gourmet restaurant . The owners treated us like family and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, from adding items to the breakfast and dinner menu , making recommendations on places to visit, keeping our luggage while we toured after we checked out and we were even given a goodbye gift!Most of the staff spoke English very well and were extremely encouraging and patient with my attempts to practice French. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, well appointed and so prettily decorated. We had a balcony overlooking the turning mill wheel and flowers. It was a peaceful spot to relax read and sip on tea or wine.. Do not miss a chance to dine at the restaurant the food was exquisite and far surpassed some of the Michelin star restaurants we have dined in. Again the little touches of 2 plates of amuse bouches before the meal and a cleansing sorbet between the appetizer and entree and petit fours after dessert demonstrated the chef’s passion for the art of cuisine. The breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the gardens included crepes, yoghurts, fruit, pastries and a local delicacy each morning. They were happy to make eggs also! The pool was welcome after a long hot day touring around and if you felt energetic one could walk into town . The only sad thing was that we could not stay longer- but we know we will be drawn back to this one of a kind hotel!

Beautiful charming little hotel. We spent 2 nights here for our honeymoon and had a great time, the staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was lovely, really clean. My only negative point was that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and nowhere to get a drink when you’re by the pool, but these really didn’t take away from a wonderful stay

Intimate family run hotel providing first rate accommodations in a wonderful park like setting. Restaurant was excellent, serving fresh gourmet food from a talented chef. Staff was super friendly. As comfortable and relaxing as you can get. Can't wait to come back.
