뉴 호텔 생 라자르

전반적으로 직원들이 불친절하고, 호텔 방음이 안됩니다. 엘리베이터는 아주작아서 사람1명에 캐리어하나 실으면 꽉차요. 시설적인 면이야 3성급이라 이해하지만 직원들의 서비스 마인드도 3성급입니다.처음부터 성인2인실을 성인1 어린이2로 바꾸는거 가능한지 알아보고 예약했는데, 가능하다고 해놓고 체크인할때 그걸로 테클걸더라구요. 호텔방문도 쿵쿵 닫아지는 문이어서 모든방에서 쿵쿵 거리던데 우리방에 아이들이 쿵쿵 거린다고 하구요. 방에서 담배를 피우는지 호텔복도 지나가는데 담배냄새때문에 숨막힌적도 많았어요. 아이가 시트에 실수를 하는바람에 시트좀 바꿔달라고 메모해놨는데 자기네들은 매일 안갈아준다고 안갈아놨더라구요. 호텔 편의시설은 샴푸밖에 없어요. 냉장고 포트 없으니 참고하세요.

The hotel location is good from here it unravels ALOT. First it isn't as labeled on the internet. It is old, rooms are extremely small. My single room for barely had a twin bed in it. There was a bedside shelf on the wall large enough for my book & phone (I put the phone on the floor). There was a small table in the corner & enough room to walk around the foot of bed to open the window. (had to open window as the temperature was 95 degrees & no ac). The bathroom was wide enough to walk in. Sink was on right wall, counter wide enough to hold glass, roll of toilet paper. The toilet space maybe wide enough for a gentleman to use maybe. I had to sit on it sideways. Small shower just large enough for you to stand in but not to move around to shower. The carpeting need cleaning in the room & hallway. Elevator was big enough for 1 person & small suitcase & you had to wait 5/10 mins for it to come. Small patio & I guess there was something in the basement you could order something to eat & have delivered to you. Didn't use. The hotel called me a cab twice & both times the cab overcharged me for my destination. When I questioned this I was told because I wanted a hotel pickup so I was given a surcharge that didn't make sense. Over all wasn't impressed with the hotel. Also Paris was haveing some kind of heat snap & hotel has no ac. Just a window with no screen & a very rickety noisy fan.

Fint, småt rent værelse, kedelig morgenmad men fint til prisen. Personale venligt og god beliggenhed. Helt godt til prisen

Staff was helpful, very safe and perfect if you want to save some money, but no air conditioning and room very tiny making the stay a little bit uncomfortable.

Dont recommend to stay there. Room is not clean.we checked in and room was hot. There is no air circulation . They gave a fan which does not work. Only one electrical outlet. Either you charge your phone or use fan. Room was very small. If you keep luggage there is no space. We checked in and within one hour we have to change the hotel. Before cancelation we asked them how much they are gonna charge. We booked for 3 days and they said they are gonna charge for one night. But later they charged us for tonight and also they did not give us the city tax back

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and walkable to Galeries Lafayette but if you plan to visit Paris in the summer or any time in a hot weather, don't stay in this hotel. There's no a/c.

There's nothing "new" about this hotel. The carpet needs replacing in the staircase, and the room carpeting wasn't much better. The walls in my room were dingy and yellowed, clearly from age and smoke. The bathroom had spots of mold or mildew. Fortunately, I only had a one- night stay, or I would have found other accommodation. On the positive side, the staff was helpful and the breakfast good.

Adoramos o hotel, tivemos uma ótima estadia, quarto confortável, café da manhã muito gostoso e a localização excelente, próximo a várias estações de metrô. Tem vários restaurantes e supermercados na mesma rua, tornando ainda mais agradável a hospedagem.

A estadia foi ótima Quarto aconchegante, banheiro com tamanho ótimo. Café da manhã simples, porém super agradável. Foi uma grata surpresa o hotel. Super recomendo

The only positive for the Hotel is that it is in a brilliant location, walkable to Moulin Rouge, and great bus routes to the whole tourist areas. Check in was good and that's where it ends. Room was poor, with leak in sink, no cupboards/drawers to put clothes away, 4 coat hangers and plug sockets in awkward positions. Carpet was dirty and dingy Breakfast was €12 and was worth about 5. Very poor selection with only 2 cereal selection, croissants and pan au chocolate, rolls, plastic cheese, ham, tinned fruit salad and yoghurts.

O quarto não possuía quase nenhuma comodidade. O Box era com cortina, quase não tinha espaço entre o vaso e a parede, sentada a pessoa ficava com as pernas coladas na parede e o rolo de papel higiênico ficava atrás, isto é, fora de alcance. Local para colocar roupas e mala inexistente. O café da manhã é ótimo.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly! The hotel is clean and close to the centre of the city! Would 100% recommend to those who love Paris! Will definitely be staying here again!

Petit déjeuner frais et suffisant, hotel vieillissant malgre le "new".

Excellent value for the price. Great cafes, close to public transportation and taxi stands. Easy 20-30 minute walk to interesting attractions.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Personal ist nett und die Lobby ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Ich hätte mir eine Steckdose neben dem Bett gewünscht.
