Lovely little hotel in a great location. Easy commute to buses and tourist sites. Friendly staff and an overall good value accomodation!

Beautiful decor, lovely staff and great location!

No bell service and limited parking. We asked for extra pillows and they were not available at night.

hôtel standard supérieur, un peu comme un ibis, plutôt trois étoiles que 4, personnel, charmant et à l’écoute, trois jours de suite, nous avons répété que les femmes de ménage faisaient trop de bruit le matin dans les couloirs, dès 7h30, parlé fort et éclats de rire… petite amélioration le dimanche quand même, le café n’est pas renouvelé dans les chambres, mais à disposition de la réception. Des clients extérieurs sans aucune éducation, viennent boire un café et polluer la terrasse avec leur tabac, anormal ! Globalement Hôtel bien placé et agréable, merci 👍👍

The staff was outstanding. Absolutely amazing. We checked-in super late and the front staff was super helpful. Rooms were clean, the room was beautifully themed. Super joyful and full of life! The cafe/restaurant inside (Pamela’s) was clean and helped with any tiny request. We also were able to leave our bags to enjoy the beach after we checked-out. 10/10 would recommend and come back in the future!!

The hotel is dirty, cleaning is not standard. No service lift...staff and clients are clashing together in the lifts. King/Queen bed was not really one and it turns out to be very uncomfortable. Tiny space for three despite paid large room. Quality/price is quite unfair.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and check in and out was easy. The room was a good size, super comfortable bed and good bathroom. Very comfortable night sleep!

Cet hôtel était super ! Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’ambiance. Les lits étaient très confortables et propres. Il y avait tout à porté de main dans l’hôtel restauration etc nous en avons pas profiter mais cela est génial ! Le personnel est également très agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel !

Really enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Rooms are kept up together nicely, with small qualities which make a huge difference, such as plenty of sockets each side of the bed and a full length mirror. Beds are comfy and having two pillows was luxury! The hotel was walking distance to the old town and a 10 minute flat walk to Nice Riquier station. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

Et fint hotell. Hyggelige ansatte og god service, bra aircondition og en enkel frokost. Hotellet passer best til weekendopphold, da familierommene er litt små. Det er få plasser til å henge opp våte håndklær etter dusjing eller et bad.

The Pam hotel is really aesthetically cute and fun. For our family, we didn't get our 2 rooms (in same booking) close together and were on separate floors which is logistically tough with kids and going between suitcases/shared contents. They had 24h checkin which was convenient. Parking helps too (at a fee). One of the 2 initial rooms had a terrible fungal smell when we walked in. We compared to the 2nd room which did not have that smell. They did not seem surprised when we told them of the smell and asked to change rooms. Originally they couldn't accommodate our rooms to be closer b/c we were told they were at full capacity. But moments later we were able to successfully change our room - which we'll take. Otherwise, the stay went well from there. The day time reception staff were very helpful and no complaints. Parking lot is tight. Stairwell could use some freshening up. Overall worked for our family and we could walk to main sites/dining.

Super inspirerande inredning. Väldigt fint och härlig känsla. Lite små familjerum utan bra förvaringsmöjligheter. Glasdörr till toaletten som inte alls var så privat man kunde önska. Jättesköna sängar dock så vi sov väldigt bra. Restaurangen hade god mat (en helt glutenfri rätt som var väldigt god). Bra frukost, men dåligt glutenfritt utbud.

Great location in town, easy walk to most sites, beach front, harbour etc. California theme was definitely different for France but seems to work for the hotel. Staff are very helpful. If you stay for multiple days you have to request your air conditioning to be turned back on each day - it took us two days to learn this odd setting

Très bon séjour, personnel sympa. Petit souci d'eau chaude, mais autrement tout était bien
