Restauration et personnel top

Belle rénovation du côté restaurant avec instauration du coin boutique. C’était très bien, le seul reproche : une drôle d’odeur (dans les escaliers et un peu dans ma chambre) de type fosse septique peut-être à cause des pluies. Sinon, je recommande à tous.

C’est rien à dire parfait

Points positifs: emplacement pratique, decoration de l hotel, taille des chambres Points negatifs: restaurant (presentation et qualite des plats a ameliorer), chambre (coffre non scellé, pas de capsules cafe, minibar non utilisable car fermé, tirette du clapet du lavabo defectueux)

Business hotel mainly. They have recently renovated the lobby and the rooms which are comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.

Apres un accueil assez froid, nous nous sommes vu attribués une chambre au rdc. Le mur côté fenêtre de cette chambre est moisi. Dans la chambre, un canapé convertible dans un etat peu agréable occupe le mur a côté du lit. Nous quittons l'hôtel avec empressement lundi matin. Dommage puisque notre nuit précédente (lundi 2 septembre) etait digne de votre enseigne.

Noisy corridors

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Der Service ist nicht gut, alle sind zwar freundlich aber scheinen massiv überlastet. Essen im Restaurant ist einfach nur schlecht, jede Kantine bietet bessere Qualität.

Reception areas and bar/restaurant are modern and fresh, rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to be able to cool off in on a hot day after a long drive from the Alps. The evening meal was nice, and so was the breakfast. Staff mostly helpful, however we did feel at times the service was little below what we've come to expect from Novotel. For example, my wife was in need of some sanitary products on the morning of our departure, the receptionist said they had run out and hadn't gotten around to ordering anymore. No effort was made to assist beyond this, which was a disappointing end to the stay.

Room are dated

No milk in room, blamed plastic, but could have a paper carton on the room fridge 2 coffees in a 4 person room Still the silly uncomfortable sofa beds… can’t someone invent a god one Ran out of the bacon (which was lovely)… until no more and 25 minute wait and still none. Very continental with large range of cheeses and high end dining and breakfast (no coco pops here). Pool was basic but nice Not cheap Scruffy area but interior smart. Good kids internal area Door creak and don’t shut behind you, Fan in toilet rubbish Only half a roll of toilet paper (shouldn’t have to ask for) Such a wet bathroom with no extraction and shower screen 50% of shower and water everywhere

Déçus de cette nuit passee au Novotel. Au 1er coup doeil, nous sommes surpris par la beauté, la deco de l'entrée, bar, restaurant. En revanche, lorsque l'on monte dans les etages ,une tres mauvaise odeur regne, comme dans notre chambre. Le lit netait pas tres fait, aveec une alese jetable dechiree a plsuieurs endroits. Les oreillers n'étaient pas du tout confortable...et pour finir, le flacon pour le savon liquide à main etait vide. Pas la hauteur des novotels que nous avons pu frequenter.

Hotel au top, très bien décoré, propre et très confortable. Le personnel y est serviable, disponible, à l'écoute et très compétant.

Perfect

La chambre était correcte mais nous avons remarqué des taches sur les murs, le bureau, les oreillers… d’où la notation moyenne en termes de propreté. Le + que nous apprécions à chaque fois est la double porte, ce qui apporte une très bonne insonorisation.
