Hôtel beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations ! Rien ne justifie le prix des chambres

Surprise dans la salle de bain le lavabo ressemblait plus a une cellule de camping car que d un lavabo de 4 ☆,pas de miroir pour ce maquiller, pas de creme pour le corps, que le minimum fournis. Vue tres déprimante donnant sur le toit.

Chambre impeccable et personnel très sympathique.

The hotel is well placed and the room clean and quite - shower was a little bit feeble and the towels always a size too small. The bed was firm and a good night sleep was had - there is ample parking outside.

Hôtel non entretenu. Digne d’un camping

Tout était parfait du check in jusqu'au départ. Excellent emplacement avec la zone commerciale et le lac à proximité (très bien entretenue)

The hotel is in a great location. Ask for a lake view room.

À mon arrivée, le restaurant de l’hôtel était fermé et personne ne m’en avait informé en amont alors que la réservation datait de plus de 2 semaines. L’hôtel était en grande partie privatisé pour un séminaire d’entreprise. Ce séminaire s’est terminé en beuverie géante (musique à fond dans une salle de réception, puis dans les chambres, viande saoule qui vociférait dans les couloirs). Il m’a été impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4h du matin. L’hôtel n’a pas fait le nécessaire pour me garantir une nuit convenable. Tout cela au tarif de 180 € hors petit déjeuner et environ 200 € si on compte le petit déjeuner pris sur place. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement.

Oui, la chambre était propre et la salle de bain aussi. L’équipement est correct et la vue sur le lac est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est digne des hôtels 4 étoiles. Je n’ai pas testé le restaurant. Le parking est grand et dispose d’une bonne douzaine de bornes de recharge Tesla: bien vu. Finalement, un hôtel moderne.

Chambre spacieuse, tres propre, decoration manquant de charme et eclairage electrique insuffisant (lampes de chevet et global) et pas pratique a actionner. Personnel tres disponible et serviable. Vue sur le lac et les espaces verts magnifique depuis le breakfast room. Parking propre mais non ferme.

Très bon service et personnel adorable. Une piscine très appréciable et propre Seul bémol les chambres qui sont un peu vieillissante pour un 4 étoile mais qui restent tout de même bien et fonctionnelles

we stay here twice a year, once on our way down to South of France and then on our return. We take our dogs with us, there is a lake with a path leading around it, couple of laps and doggies happy. Swimming pool, son is happy. Parking, bar and restaurant Mum and Dad happy!! We try to get there early, have an early supper, food good, even with a fussy 11 year old. Breakfast also good, best to have either early pre 8 am or later 9.30 ish. Great hotel.

beaux établissement très propre intérieur comme extérieur, personnel sympathique et professionnel , petit déjeuné copieux et les tarifs sont correct pour l'établissement .

The service from staff was fantastic, efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room clean with nice bathroom products. Negatives: swimming pool opening times, I wish they would be advertised when booking. It was a reason we chose to stay there but the pool didn’t open until 10am and when you have to check out at 11. The English TV channels didn’t work, yes we’re in France and that’s fine, but don’t advertise having any for them not to work. The USB port didn’t work on the side of the bed either

Nous avons fait une étape dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois cette année. Le personnel nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux mais professionnel, la chambre est grande, propre, avec des lits confortables. La promenade autour du lac est fantastique après plusieurs heures de route! Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Mooie locatie, Goed merkbaar dat er een personeels tekort is. 3 persoons kamer geboekt toch 1 gekregen die voor 2 persoons was. Avond eten gereserveerd dit was zeer matig na lange tijd wachten pas geholpen. Weinig opties kwa eten wel goede. Alleen sausjes of iets erbij was er niet en je moest ook lang op je drinken wachten. Wij komen elk jaar bij meerdere novotels dit was voor het eerst eentje die erg tegenvalt helaas.

Location next to the lake was really nice, we had a lake view room which looked over the pool and lake which was great. Clean and comfortable hotel. Looks a bit dated from the outside. It’s a couple of mile into Limoges centre and not much to see in the immediate area other than the lake and a kids play park. I found the hotels restaurant a bit disappointing, menu was very limited on an evening and found it overpriced. The breakfast was pretty good although at 19.50 euros per head I’m not sure it was good value for money. I have to say we thought the housekeeping staff were wonderful, always said hello and checked we had everything we needed!
