Ok solo l'accoglienza e il personale, poi ... Camera: piccolissima e fatiscente Bagno: MT 1,50 x 80cm + doccia, scomodissimo SENZA Bidet AL CONTRARIO di quello che sta scritto nella descrizione sul sito e piccolissime formiche che giravano tra lo specchio ed il minuscolo lavabo. Con tubi del riscaldamento a vista sia nella camera che nel bagno pieni di polvere e sporcizia accumulata nel tempo Bastone tenda cadente a causa della parete umida sotto la carta da parati... TV solo canali Francesi. Rumori dal corridoio e dalle camere adiacenti OK solo il materasso fortunatamente! Nella camera 44... Posizione come da aspettativa, abbastanza comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi i luoghi e le vie più accattivanti ... BOCCIATO non da 3 Stelle come ho letto su tante recensioni su altri siti! Hôtel très bien tenu et très bien placé personnel très agréable Seul bémol : l’exiguïté de la salle de bain

Très décevant. Presque 100 euros pour une chambre petite, au rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la réception, sur la rue, impossible d´ouvrir la fenêtre (j´imagine pour cause de sécurité). Heureusement, le lit était bon. À éviter.

Check-in was easy, however the washroom had a bad smell which got worst every day (smelt like bad water) and the bedsheets had stains and hair on them.

Petit dejeuner tres varie et tres bon service. Mais très mauvaise isolation de la chambre, beaucoup de bruits pendant la nuit des autres clients dans les couloirs.

La chambre n'était PAS DU TOUT insonorisé. On pouvait entendre tous ce qui se disait ou se faisait dans la chambre d'à côté (Je vous épargne les détails). Et la salle de bain était très minuscule. Le personnel était gentil et à l'écoute.

The brakfast was good for the price, the room was a little smal but the staff was awesome. The italian restaurant around the corner was the star of our stay. Noise is a little loud but that is not an issue to me I'm a heavy sleeper.Location is good.

Hotel bem localizado, cercado de comodidades, incluindo um supermercado a um quarteirão de distância. Quarto pequeno com cama confortável, excelente roupa de cama e ótima calefação. Banheiro minúsculo, porém funcional. Café da manhã simples e saboroso. Principal destaque, infelizmente negativo, se dá ao atendimento. Um único funcionário, responsável pela recepção na noite do check in, quase me motivou trocar de hotel devido a sua grosseria (rude, mesmo que o idioma não fosse um problema ali). Um contraste assustador com os jovens da recepção durante o dia e com a jovem responsável pelo organização do café da manhã, que eram exemplos de gentileza. Dessa forma, não recomendo o hotel para sua estadia, já que você corre o risco de não ter sua reserva encontrada (mesmo que tenha sido feita dois meses antes) e ser direcionado a se retirar do local.

Room was tidy and neat, the shower room was on the small side, and I couldn't really move around in it (best suited from slim builds), though perfect for a short stay. I was worried about being located right next to the lift but had brought earplugs just in case and all was fine. Enough storage area as well, overall a really pleasant stay in room 40. All staff members I spoke to were lovely.

Limpieza bien, desayuno agradable, personal muy amable y atento.

Property in need of modernisation and refurbishment. Bathroom had some mould and cracks in the tiling. Room was incredibly hot and had no windows that could be opened. Our room was on the ground floor so you could open the doors but only when youre in the room. You couldnt leave it open and go out or overnight. The bed was very hard, but this is individual choice.

Il y avait des fourmis ou des petites bêtes de la même famille que les fourmis. L'accès aux toilettes est très étroit. Il y avait des gens qui parlaient forts au 4e étage. Je n'y retournerai plus, c'est sur !!!

The hotel is well-located, clean, and secure. My room was on the first floor and always extremely muggy when I went in -- even when it wasn't as muggy outside. I think maybe it was above a laundry room? I have no idea why it was so brutally warm and humid. But there was a fan in the room that helped cool things down and made it comfortable enough to sleep in. The bathroom is TINY. If you are particularly tall or particularly heavy, you will have a difficult time in the bathroom. I'm about a size 16 ladies, and I was ok, though I had to move a wastebasket to have more space to use the toilet. Otherwise, the place was clean and comfortable, and I was grateful for the elevator after staying in another city and having to climb four steep sets of stairs for my room. The room doors were very secure, but noisy when someone was going out because they had to pull the doors hard to close. I was also able to hear one of the desk staff talking loudly in the mornings, so definitely bring some earplugs if you want to sleep later than 7-8am and happen to be on the first floor. This place is also convenient to a few different metro stations, so that was wonderful and easy. Definitely recommend.

La habitación estaba muy bonita

Parfait pour une nuit, mais vitres pas assez épaisses contre les bruits de la rue. Idem pour les murs, on entend tout. Très confortable et personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Petit déj à 8€ parfait.

Do not go. Was dirty. Bugs everywhere. Little wood mites and silver fish. Rooms are tiny, just large enough for a bed. But not really big enough for anything else including the run down ikea furniture. The bathroom was even smaller. Could barely fit in the shower. Couldn’t sit on the toilet with the door closed. Sleep was poor due to how loud the rest of the hotel it. Could hear everything though the corridor as the doors don’t seal properly. Walls paper thin. Doors had to be slammed to closed which meant everyone leaving/arriving woke you up. Stairs are near vertical, uneven and slopped. Wouldn’t ever return. Only redemption is the area.

This is a simple hotel. Old building who is a few years after its prime. Soundproofing is non-existent so be prepared for that. Otherwise the location is good and not so noisy from the street. Staff is friendly and avialable around the clock.
