왜 미리 얘기해놓은 요청사항을 당일날 와서 안된다고 이야기 하는지 이해가 안됩니다. 분명히 몇주전에 요청해놓았고 심지어 하루전에도 전화로 요구했던 사항인데 본인들 멋대로 요청사항을 들어주지 않고 방이 없다고 둘러대는게 이해가 되지 않습니다.

파리 갈때마다 묵는 호텔로 좋은위치, 청결, 모든것에 만족하는 호텔입니다!!

파리 시내호텔에 대비해서 단점은 에펠탑이 보이지 않는다는것말고는 없습니다. 청결 방크기 모두 만족하고 지하철역과도 가까워 너무 만족합니다

주변에 빌리지 마을도 좋았고 지하철역도 가깝고 너무 너무 좋았어요~담에 또 머물고 싶어요

Breakfast was the best

Incrível hotel, próximo do metrô,

Overall good location and facilities. However upon arrival the electricity was unstable in the room (we informed reception and a technician arrived after 30 minutes to fix). Also, the duvet cover had a very large tear and although we alerted the shift manager and were told it will be replaced- it was not. These experiences deduct a lot from the overall experience.

The hallway outside my room was undergoing renovations. The noise and the workers chatting disturbed me a bit around 8 a.m. Apart from that, everything was perfect. It was a lovely stay at the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy.

Bodde 4 netter på dette hotellet sammen min 10 åring. Perfekt overnatting for oppholdet i Paris. Nydelig, stort dobbeltrom med twin beds (2 x 140 cm). Minibar med alkoholfri drikke, inkl. vann ble fylt opp hver dag. Treningsrom bestående av flere små avdelinger. Basseng som enkelt kunne bookes fra dag til dag. Super avslutning på en dag i storbyen. Nydelig frokost. Da vi skulle reise hjem fikk vi tips fra resepsjonen om å booke Bolt i stedet for taxi. Betalte 19 euro, selv i tung trafikk, og 1 t. kjøring til CDG. Hotellet lå et steinkast inna Bercy Village. Et nydelig lite område med små butikker og spisesteder. Rent og trygt. Metro 5 min. unna. Jeg bruker ikke å legge igjen omtaler etter hotellopphold, men føler at dette hotellet, med sine meget serviceinnstilte og vennlige ansatte fortjener en god tilbakemelding. Vi kommer garantert tilbake.

Our stay was overall okay. The hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, overall condition of the room, and daily housekeeping did not meet our expectations. The room felt quite worn, with peeling paint in the bathroom, permanent stains on the bedside table and carpet, and other signs of wear. We also found nuts on the floor when we arrived. Every day, something was missing after housekeeping—for example, toilet paper, coffee capsules, or clean towels. On one occasion, the used towels were simply hung over the bathroom door instead of being replaced. As a result, we had to contact housekeeping or reception almost every day, and even then it often took at least 30 minutes for the missing items to arrive. The window in our room was also defective. Overall, this was not the standard we expected from a Pullman hotel.

Meget dyre priser i restauranten før børn. Ville have 20 euro for en portion pasta uden noget. Og 8 euro for en sodavand.

Disappointed by the hotel. We are well traveled and not picky and to write bad reviews takes a lot but here goes….We were a family of 4 and the deluxe family room was a joke. Couldn’t even open a suitcase, way too small. Tiny bathroom with one sink; was told this was already the upgraded version. We had to ask housekeeping for more towels every day, as they would only leave 2 big and small towels every day. Makes no sense if room is occupied by 4 persons. Hotel DOUBLE CHARGED us. I paid in full when booking three months prior. The day of departure my card was charged again for the full amount! Got an apology, it was a mistake and will take a week for refund to show up! Totally unacceptable and took the icing on the cake on our experience. I don’t think anyone wants to wait on a $1700 refund for one week when traveling. Breakfast very average, long lines at coffee machine. Limited options. Try to come early before 9am. Service non existent. Compared to other hotels in Europe on our trip prior with breakfast buffet this was unfortunately the worst. Internet didn’t work well either and I just ended up using phone data. Only positive was Bercy village, lots of food and shopping options right in front of your door step. Also metro station very convenient and never busy, and easy to get into Centre within 20-25 min with one change. Kids loved the metro experience. Sadly won’t be back and don’t recommend. For the price we paid we can find better options with better service.

Ben collegato con l'aeroporto di Orly e con il centro (facile raggiungere Disneyland e Versailles). Bello, vivibile e adatto alle famiglie il quartiere Bercy. Ottimi i locali del Bercy Village per colazioni-pranzi-cene. Hotel perfettamente climatizzato, è stato fondamentale in quanto il soggiorno è avvenuto durante i picchi di caldo estivo. Non abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione.
