호텔이 아주 청결하고 훌륭했고 리옹 시내를 전망할수있어 더 좋았습니다. 아침식사 종류는 많지 않았지만 만족스러웠고 특히 레스토랑 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다 리옹기차역에서 찾아오기가 다소 어려웠는데 쇼핑몰 내부를 통과하는 길이 가장 좋습니다

stayed for a business trip. The hotel was great and beautiful. But due to some construction around the hotel, ubers can't find the way to the hotel entrance. it was super ridiculous... you'd better have a colleague to pick you up. Also, the coffee from the breakfast is terrible... they need to change the coffee bean and/or machine. 4 star hotel should serve much better coffee than this.

Not great, especially considering high price. Two elevator rides are needed to get to the room as lobby is on the 32 floor. Carpet is dirty and should be replaced, room was not very clean. There was no coffee maker in the room although it was included in the description. When I asked turned out that only “premium” rooms have them. Again considering price above 360 usd per night I would expect more. The nice thing was a panoramic view. I would not stay there again.

Accommodation was very nice… I think next time I would’ve preferred to be closer to Vieux Lyon. I will say if you’re looking for exercise, then it would balance it out. Fab view from our rooms on the 35th floor.

Toujours agreable de se voir proposer un surclassement. Cependant les lendemains déchantent car apres avoir demandé de prendre le petit dejeuner 15 min avant l'heure normale, pas possible. Chaque personnel me renvoie vers l'autre et personne décide ou l'exolique que ce n'est pas possible. Donc je suis parti directement. Bien dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

The shower is dangerous, there was no mat on the floor and it was do slippery we nearly fell. We used a hand towel on the shower floor. There were 2 partial rolls of bathroom tissue, no facial tissue, and no facecloths/ washcloths.
