Chambre agréable et joliment décorée ! Équipe dynamique et professionnelle. Demander chambre sur cour si possible pour éviter toutes nuisances avec la gare.

J’aime beaucoup le design, l’hôtel est agréable, les chambres sont grandes et surtout propres, le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel charmant. Points négatifs : si on a un problème passé 21h, il n’y a personne pour vous aider car la réception ferme, il y a toujours une odeur de tuyauterie assez désagréable et enfin une petite machine à café serait hautement appréciée :)

Great location opposite Lille Flandres train station and very near the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Polite and friendly staff! They kept our luggage when we arrived early and we left. I loves the "salon" located on the first floor where you can help yourself to free hot drinks and croissants and cakes as well.as snakes. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Good room with good quality shower gel and shampoo. Double windows so no noise. Thank you!

Room decor, and hotel decor, is cool. I liked the building. Check-in was easy enough. Having our keycard through our phones was neat, since it meant my husband and I could both access a keycard. I was disappointed there were no tissues, despite a tissue box. The hotel and its room were unique. We had a cool view of the central square in front of the gare. We stayed on Saturday-Sunday nights. Outside was loud, which I knew, but somehow still didn't expect. It did not keep my husband or daughter awake; it mainly kept me awake since I was jet lagged. I probably would have slept through it otherwise. I loved the location and liked the hotel and room, but am not sure I would stay here again because of this because I am apparently a light sleeper.

Chambre propre et confortable, équipements neuf ou en très bon etat

I booked this place for my daughter who is backpacking across Europe and is staying in hostels. I decided to give her a little treat during this leg of her journey and found this spot, which I loved right away. Right next to the transportation centre, totally safe, and she loved the boutique style of her room. And the best she said was the complimentary hot chocolate, which was hands down the best she had so far. Plus, the croissants were a bonus. All these little things make a big deal, and she totally loved her stay.

Boffff l’équipe de l’accueil est super sympa mais sinon l’hôtel n’est pas très confort. Les lits sont moyens et surtout des 140 … très très petites chambres

Personnel super gentil !

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic. Used the trains and it was very convenient. Walked to a number of landmarks that were easy to reach.

Chambre très propre et décoration , sophistiquée.,très girly. Petite réception, petite chambre, petite salle de petit déjeuner mais tout est soigné. Petit déjeuner frais , complet et très bon. Les gaufres liégeoises à faire cuire nous même, top! Emplacement en face de la gare avec système de bagagerie très pratique.

Zeer centraal gelegen. Gemakkelijk parkeren bij station dat tegenover het hotel ligt. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Inchecken met de QR-code was niet gelukt maar werd door het aanwezige personeel opgelost.

Lovely small hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Most of the main attractions in walking distance and 7 minutes from Eurostar. Easy to miss when you first try to find it though as it is just a small door between 2 restaurants opposite the Gare de Lille

Check-in was extremely easy and the location is perfect, right across the train station. We thought it might get loud at night due to its centric location but that was not the case. We were very happy with our stay here.
