Clean, quiet and big enough for 4.

The room was clean; however, unfortunately the towels provided were not sufficient and the fridge did not work. Maintenance came to check the fridge, but it still didn’t work afterward. There is a coffee machine that can be used to heat water, but you need to buy dishwasher capsules and dishwashing detergent yourself. Only two towels per person are provided, and if you stay for one week, you need to wash the towels yourself. Washing costs and drying an additional ! I would like to say a big thank you to the Infant Club, especially Chloe — they are doing a great job. The pool did not work for four days. The water was very cold most of the time, and only twice was it warm. You also need slippers, as these are not provided. The beauty salon is very expensive! The reception staff give instructions, but they are not very clear, and you still need to ask many additional questions.

Great stay, very helpful staff and really good facilities. Lack of cleaning products in room was a surpise (sponge, dishwashing liquids) but otherwise very well equipped. Spa and pool were a great feature.

Great apartment great location. The sauna and steam room were a great treat after a days skiing.

Perfect location easy to get to the ski lifts, restaurants etc. The apartment itself was not very clean, and extremely small for the 6 people we were told we could book for. There was no door between the lounge where the sofa bed was situated and the rest of the apartment. Staff were great getting us items requested, but was a bit annoying at the amount of things we needed to request, we had no cutlery, glasses and other simple things you’d expect in an apartment.

It was set out well and the skin room was convenient. Staff were polite and helpful.

Over priced for size and location. There were 3 adults and we had to change things around to accommodate our belongings. Expected to clean before departure but the tools provided were inadequate.

Apartment was fine for skiing. Not the best location for getting to the piste. Shops and restaurants all a 10 minute walk away. Our second floor apartment was very hot despite turning all radiators down.

Very good, Clean apartment and comfortable bed. TV was smaller than pictured but ok. Good location - About 2 minute walk to Gondala (uphill!) All round very pleased.

A lovely hotel that was tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and the hotel put us right next to our friends we were travelling with. The pool was very nice and it was a bonus that the sauna and steam room were free. The Intersport ski hire was just at the side of the hotel so a very easy experience. We had to pay 90 Euros for the underground parking which was a little steep. The ski lockers were small so would only fit our skis, no way my snowboard was going to fit it. A short walk up the hill to the Alpe Express each morning but not too much of an inconvenience. Overall a fabulous stay.

Séjour agréable malgré plusieurs déconvenues : - l’appartement loué donnait sur un immeuble en travaux, ce qui gâchait complètement la vue. Bien sûr ce n’était pas indiqué lors de la resta - pas de savon, ni de gel douche, ni de pastille lave vaisselle ou de café (malgré une machine présente). Sollicitée, la réception m’a répondu « vous êtes totalement autonome donc c’est à vous de gérer ». Vu le prix de la nuitée c’est assez grotesque et surtout non annoncé - on m’a demandé de faire un ménage à mon départ >>> Pardon ? Pour rappel le ménage est compris dans le prix… Pour le reste les points positifs : - confort de la literie - calme de l’hôtel - propreté impeccable - tout le nécessaire pour cuisinier - mobilier élégant et appartement spacieux - la piscine est un vrai plus !
