샹그릴라 파리

It was a precious experience that I spent enjoying the fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. It is such a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and convenient and safe location! I will definitely visit again next time I visit Paris

우선 위치나 직원들의 서비스는 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다만 방에서 개미가 계속 나와서 룸청소를 다시 요청했지만 또 개미가 나와서 청소를 제대로 한건지에 대해서는 의구심을 갖긴 했습니다 . 그외에는 모든게 완벽했습니다.

저희는 에펠뷰가 가능한 룸에 숙박했는데. 허니문이라고 웰컴샴페인과 과일, 마카롱 등 준비와, 전자초 로즈페탈 서비스를 해주었어요~ 가격의 압박만 없다면 최고의 호텔일것같아요. 뷰도 너무 좋고, 어메니티도 좋네요! 룸컨디션은 말할 것도 없이 좋았구요. 조식의 경우에는 부페식은 아니고, 아메리칸, 헬시, 차이니즈 중 선택하여 제공됩니다~ 참고하세요! 직원분들 너무 친절해요!

Stay at Shangri-La Hotel Paris was gorgeous!! It was our Honeymoon. We have had a romantic night at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and kind. Location was good! Amenities were great! and plus... We highly recommend having breakfast.

I asked for a peppermint tea bag and an extra bottle of water in the afternoon which never arrived, then I asked the cleaning lady again, they ended sending me all the other types of tea bags I did not need. The young lady at the reception also seems inexperienced, she shows willingness to help earnestly, however she did not remember that she promised to send some ice to our room which never happened. Alas, otherwise our experience would have been very good!

Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!

El servicio es increíblemente bueno, el hotel es hermoso, cerca de la torre Eiffel. Es un hotel de lujo que vale la pena hospedarse!

Much better hotels in the same price range. Location is not so great and so are the amenities . Hotel staff is nice but overall very average experience.
