The first room I was, wasn’t good at all, no wind blind, spoke to staff on duty, he wasn’t kind, said he couldn’t change it, I fell faced down completely, he pretended not to see me, however, other staff were good. Local shops nearby and WiFi was available

The property was clean and new. The area around the hotel was dirty, but seemed safe enough. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel close to transportation ( train station) It’s a vibrant and ethnically diverse area. You’re in the city not a suburb. Never once felt unsafe. Don’t know why others complain. The hotel space was great and beds and linens really nice. Would stay again if coming to Paris!

I give this hotel the highest rating because the room was clean, comfortable and quiet… Nicer than I expected… Breakfast was plentiful and had good options. My only complaint was there was screaming and fighting outside on the street very late on Saturday night and the police came. There was also screaming the night before. I did not let this affect my rating… But it is good to be aware. I also would suggest taking the metro there from the train station… The walk felt a little sketchy with luggage. Overall great experience.

I didn’t like that the room was too small but therest was ok

Hotel is very well done inside, and looks new. Staff was very friendly and helped us planned our excursions. Breakfast buffet is very well done. Driving to it and parking is a little tedious. Make sure to read the parking instructions well before attempting to get into the parking garage. Very close to the Metro which makes it very easy to get downtown to see all the main tourist attractions.

Das Zimmer war super sauber und modern und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Gerne wieder

This hotel was amazing! Was on the 8th floor and the view was beautiful. Many food and store options. Close to bus line and metro

Clean and comfortable room, really quiet with good black out curtains. Comfy bed. Area around is shabby and lots of rubbish everywhere.

Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr versteckt, ist aber ein sehr sehr gutes Hotel! Alles Top, Mitarbeiter, Reinigungs-Personal und die verschiedene Zimmerauswahl. Nur eines gefiel uns überhaupt nicht.Es werden Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse angeboten und jedes dieser Zimmer hat aber überhaupt keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dieser Fläche. Als Gast erwartet man dann schon wenigstens Sitzmöbel dazu. Aber da denke ich wohl zu sehr mit der Gastbrille und meine persönliche Selbstverständlichkeit von Mehrwert für Hotel und Gast. Vielleicht wird ja diese Bewertung nach oben weiter gereicht, um in einem zukünftigen Brainstorming Meeting zur Diskussion vorgelegt ;-)) Jedenfalls war es ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen.

O hotel em si é bom, mas é muito mau localizado longe de todos os pontos turísticos para quem gosta de fazer a coisas a pé, está em uma região que habita muitos refugiados, uma região suja, fiquei tão desconfortável que me minha reserva era do dia 13/07 a 19/07 sai no dia 15/07 e tive que pegar outro hotel pois estava bem desconfortável!

Close to metro line 12, bus 38. Very convenient. Breakfast was ok, perhaps needs more variety. Friendly staff.

We got the Eurostar in to Gare Du Nord at about 8:30pm and decided to walk the 25 mins to the hotel, following directions on my phone. It was our first trip together to Paris. It was a miserable grey evening and leaving the station we were taken a back by the amount of litter, the smell (not good) and number of homeless and immigrants in the area. It felt like we’d entered another dimension. The route to the hotel wasn’t much better and when we arrive to find the hotel stood back behind a security fence we did start to wonder what we had let ourselves in for. However, that’s where the negative experience ended and once through the front door we were delighted to find a modern, spotlessly clean hotel within. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was 702. The room was very clean and we were delighted to find we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was’t a huge room, but plenty big enough for us on our whirlwind stop in Paris. (Just 3 nights). The air con worked fantastically well and the tea/coffee facilities were great. The bathroom had a fabulous shower and the double bed was very comfy. The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the bus and metro stops and has plenty of shops and places to eat around it. Our first impression of Paris quickly vanished as we explored its offerings and we loved coming back to this hotel. On our final morning we made use of the baggage store so we could continue exploring before our trip home. We will return and stay here again.

Comfortable bed, very clean, suited us well and will stay again.

Excellent séjour, très agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hôtel, personnel sympathique, espaces communs et chambre très propre, bâtiment qui semble neuf, parfait. Seul le quartier et les environs peuvent faire tâche la nuit passé une certaine heure (mais beaucoup moins le matin).

Snyggt, fräscht och svalt hotell i centrala Paris med närhet till metro Marx Dormoy. Prisvärt.

Easy walk from Gard du Nor then an easy walk to eat in Pajol! Loved it for a 24 hour Paris stopover - round recommend!
