마레 지구라서 너무 좋았으며, 정말 안전하고 좋았습니다.

오래된 호텔이에요~ 관리는 그냥 그냥 이고 마지막날 저녁에 묵었던 방만 정전이 되서 다른 방으로 옮겼어요~ 위치는 너무 좋은데 조식도 다양하지 않았어요~ 그래도 직원분들은 친절하세요 :)

3명이서 2박을 숙박했는데 한 사람은 엑스트라베드가 준비가 안되있다고 바로 옆옆 방을 내주었다. 또한, 오래된 호텔임에도 불구하고 다른 호텔들보다 더 관리가 잘 되어있었다. 조식도 좋았고 직업분들도 매우 친절하셨다. 이번 여행에서 가장 남는 호텔일 것 같다.

Room size is reasonable, Location was good. Franprix, subway stn, Many shops, Excellent restaurant is not far from Hotel. I recommend my friend who have plan to visit paris. I have good impression this hotel and hope to stay next time with my family.

I loved the location, the breakfast and the room, which although it was small, it was cozy and nicely decorated. I would loved to have been able to have access to a work out room.

La chambre était spacieuse

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately it ended in a very unpleasant experience. An expensive perfume disappeared from my locked hotel room, and it quickly became clear that the hotel’s handling of the situation was far below an acceptable standard. When I discovered that the perfume was missing, I informed the reception immediately. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing: very little willingness to help, no real effort to investigate what had happened, and no questions about details, timings, or key-card logs. I also never received any follow-up from the management despite requesting it. On top of that, the hotel itself feels outdated. The heavy carpeting and overall interior design give a tired impression that doesn’t match the price level. I want to highlight that the female receptionist of Asian background was exceptionally friendly and professional – she was the only positive part of the staff experience. Unfortunately, the male staff members were the complete opposite, showing poor attitude and an unhelpful approach during a situation where professionalism should have been expected. Having something disappear from a locked room is bad enough – but the fact that the staff (apart from one person) did not take the situation seriously makes it even worse. The staff were amazing, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was prime.

Camera piccolissima, con arredamento vecchio e maleodorante. Muffa in bagno e finestra in bagno che non si apre. Vasca da bagno e non la doccia. Davvero non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Il personare è la nota peggiore, maleducati e per niente disponibili. Ho scritto alla direzione e nemmno loro mi hanno risposto. Mai piu! L'unica cosa che hanno fatto per sdebitarsi è una bottiglia di vino da 10 euro che ovviamente ho lasciato li.

Room excellent, staff also very good . Only downside breakfast very average . Had breakfast in first day then ate out much better and much cheaper other two days but would happily return to this hotel

We asked for upgrades but what the concierge told us is that. If we booked it at their website we would have gotten the upgrades. Which we did not appreciate it when I was told. We will no longer going to the establishment.

We enjoyed our weekend stay very much. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with very soft linens. The hot tub was terrific to soak in at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout or stay. The location was perfect for all that we planned to explore in The Marais.
