Top notch staff. Fantastic customer service from everyone we came in contact with. The only drawback was the size of the room. Way too small and crowded.

Room was updated but very very small. Staff were excellent. We enjoyed the welcome canele and the complementary mini bar abd tea/coffee. The hotel is centrally located.

Location of the hotel is great, room was good, staff were very nice, but 2 reasons they dont deserve a 5 rating First, some scammers got the data of my reservation and tried to trick me into clicking on a link, or i will lose my reservation, how the info was obtained? Been a customer of hotels.com for a long time and this was the first time this happened. Sent an email to the hotel and they acknowledge some of their customers reported a similar situation, got a template email response from them and that was all, no in-person apology for this at checkin or anything from them compensating for this as many others establishments will do. Not a great start or show of real guest caring. Like “Ignore the situation as it has never happened”. Second, asked them for recos on tours and winery visits, got immediate response telling me somebody will contact me as soon as possible. At the end silence and no one contacted me. A second show of really bad guest service.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at Villas Foch. Staff service was exceptional, it truly made our trip memorable.

Best Hotel in Bordeaux !

The stuff was amazing. The room was so clean and they offered you a free mini bar with snacks and water and juices. They have a small gym with a pool and a steam room and sauna it is amazing. The Front Desk staff along with everyone else was so helpful and kind and helpful to make reservations for dinner. We will certainly be back.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved Bordeaux and villas Foch was the perfect place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. The room was always spotless after cleaning and they left us chocolates and treats in the room. The location was excellent, quiet area of the city right by the tram. But walkable to most areas in the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Beautiful 5 star hotel

This was an exceptional and intimate boutique hotel. From the day prior to our arrival when Nathan contacted us to alert us about the shutdown and strikes all over France and its impact on our arrival in Bordeaux and how to prioritize our arrival and the personal attentiveness of all of the outstanding staff each day. The spaces in the hotel are beautiful - you can imagine what the property would have been like as a mansion to its former owners. The location was excellent, and within easy walking distance from Place de Bourse, the Grand Theatre and directly across from a tram stop. The breakfast was delicious as were the cocktails in the bar. Our room was immaculate with evening turn down service while we were out for dinner each night. This is a really special hotel, not to be missed.

Amazon Hotel. Staff very friendly and detail oriented. Beautiful rooms. Breakfast quite expensive for such a small selection.
