Wir haben uns in der luxuriösen Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service ist außerordentlich freundlich.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights after our wedding and we could not be happier: the hotel is gorgeous, romantic and lovely, the staff friendly, the pool clean and quiet. I recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and who loves old-money style luxury.

Excellent property. Would go there again without hesitation

Nice hotel in a great location, clean beach. However, this review is mainly focused on the service provided in the hotel. This hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, however the service is not up to a 3 star. We were traveling with family and therefore reserved 4 rooms in the hotel. At check in we were asked to provide passports for all the members of our party and the receptionist went to make copies. Being that it was a late evening and we were very tired after being on the road for the whole day, we did not notice that one of the passports was not returned. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and the passport was at the reception desk for all this time. None of the hotel representatives made any attempts to get in touch with us (knowing which room the person is staying in) to return the passport or notify us that it is still at the reception. The fact that the passport is missing was identified by us upon checking into another hotel 5 hours drive away (in Borjomi). The hotel let us check out and leave without bothering to let us know that one of the passports remains with them. I really don’t have any words to characterize this attitude (forget the level of service). Also, it should be noted that the room service is extremely poor - each time we ordered our order was messed up.

EXCELLENT PLACE FOR ANY OCCASION

Excellent atmosphere, location and amenities. Breakfast is fabulous.

There are violations of public safety on the beach that belongs to this property. There are no life guards and motor boats and jets are coming to close to the beach where people are swimming.

The Hotel itself is very good. The only reason I was disappointed because of the weather and the very cold water n a pool.

Great breakfast, nice Pool areas, spacious rooms, nice promenade. Service could improve, rooms would need a renovation, beach area should be cleaned more.

Хороший отель со своей огромной территорией и выходом к морю.Для отдыха с семьей мне кажется,равных на побережье нет!Завтраки хорошие,не люкс,но голодными не останетесь.Однозначно советую!

The 3 pools (main one, salt water one and indoor one) on the property were lovely. The hotel is clean and well kept.

Всё не плохо, хороший отель, еда, пляж и т д, но единственное есть минус в том что в ресторане при подаче обеда и ужина нет воды и соков, хотяб даже простой воды им жалко поставить, нужно покупать, это оч плохо

We had an amazing 7day break at the Georgia Palace Hotel. Everything was of an excellent standard. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The hotel was very well presented and cleanliness was top notch. The food had something for everybody, Eastern, Western and anywhere in between. Our only small compliant was the poor condition of the two bicycles that we hired. We couldn’t change the height of the seats, very uncomfortable and one of the bikes had no gears or brakes.

Wonderful place to stay. Great service and very flexible

It was very clean and well-maintained. I did not like that the gym didn't open until 9 a.m.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen positiven Eindruck. Außerhalb der Hauptsaison waren kaum Gäste anwesend. Trotzdem war das Personal sehr professionell. Lediglich der Wellness-Bereich hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Все очень понравилось, отель первоклассный, обслуживание и территория пять с плюсом. Рекомендую всем
