지하3층방에 계단만이용가능 힘들다

Dated furniture etc, broken bathroom fittings, catered for russian tourists. Asked for extra hangers several times, no luck. The worst was the staff - talking loud in the mornings just outside the room from 8am. Breakfast - ok to have a coffee. Russian guests taking all fruits as a take away with them - typical cheap creatures. They are 80% of guests there. Great views from the balcony. A couple of mineral water bottles given daily. Nice touch. Asked for a couple of bath robes - well received with thanks.

Nice place to stay. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is OK.

The hotel cancelled my reservation and have, as hotels.com have, refused to refund my money. The hotel no longer answers my emails. Pure fraud and thievery. Do not book with hotels.com.

The hotel has a good location with beautiful view of the old town, that was the reason why I wanted to come again. However, second time was a disappointment. They forgot to pick us up in the airport, even though we called them about flight delay and they promised to inform the driver about the change. This led to 1 hour wait in the airport. When arriving we did not get the room we had booked, as some rooms were under construction... Luckily, a different girl could change us into a better room the next day. Breakfast is very small and limited.

今回は2泊しましたが落ち着いた雰囲気のしっかりした作りの本館に止まりました。観光スポットが周りにたくさんあり、また地下鉄の駅や空港へのバス停も近くにあり便利な場所にあります。一泊2人で8500円くらいは他のホテルに比べ格安感があります。

観光スポットに近いし地下鉄の駅にも近く便利な宿です。

Отель, а именно наш номер, апартаменты с шикарным видом на старый город. Большая площадь комнат, обстановка, напоминают хорошую квартиру в классическом стиле. Также шикарный панорамный вид из ресторана. Из недостатков - скудный завтрак.

Good location, good view to city annex building is very quiet

Fint klassisk hotell med fantastisk utsikt over Tbilisi gamleby. God service av de ansatte i resepsjonen. Frokosten kunne vært større... og rommet bør fikses hver dag.

its position is very suitable for visiting the city and commanding from the restaurant excellent view. however, it needs upgrading maintenance of the whole structure

Great location and view of old town Tbilisi from balcony and restaurant. I stay at room No 15 (Superior double room with city view) it offers a big balcony and panoramic old town of Tbilisi. Decoration is so classic. But the weak point is no elevator and can’t access the hotel from old town directly, you have to walk to the hotel entrance at the backside, and no free bottle water in the room. But the room condition, wifi and service are so nice.

I am quite satisfied with my stay at Kopala. The staff was friendly and fast, the food and service was of a very good quality. The room had a nice view of the city and very clean and comfy.

Very clean hotel, excellent location very good staff. Easy to get to the pretty much everywhere you need. Non smoking.
