장점:좋은시설에 수영장도있고 로비에 항상 초코렛과 과일이있음 호텔뒤에 산책로도 있는것같음 아침일찍 커피가마시고싶어서 에스프레소를 요청했는데 해줘서 너무 맛있게마심 단점: 조식시간이 9시부터라 너무늦음

The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service.

Excellent stay and in a nice location to enjoy the city. We had a fantastic stay and the team were very helpful and friendly.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, nur leider ruht man sich auf dem Begriff "Boutique" aus. Einiges ist hier nicht wirklich passend. Zimmer sind okay, aber sehr klein. Balkon sehr schön, aber nur ein Stuhl (bei einem Doppelzimmer). Das Bett war mal gut, aber die Matratze durchgelegen. Zimmer nicht beheizt (Mitte Oktober). Aussage: "Sie können ja mit der Klimaanlage heizen" (sehr laut und umwelttechnisch verwerflich). Warmwasser nur solange nicht andere auch duschen. Sehr hellhörig. Zimmer bekommt keinen Service (bei dem Preis fraglich!). Frühstück okay, aber Kaffee nur schwarz/mit Milch kostenfrei. Cappuccino kostet extra. Abendessen okay, aber Fertigpizza. An einer Durchgangsstraße gelegen. Alles in allem: zu teuer für die Qualität!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Rooms, balcony, garden and breakfast where excellent.

The hotel helped us with quick check-in. They were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent hébergement!

Beautiful little hotel about 7 min walk from the city centre. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and spoke English. The room was spacious, clean and looked brand new(same for the rest of the hotel) and had an own lounge area facing the terrace and the mountain view. Private large terrace with a view over the Kaukasus mountain's in the background. Quiet hotel with a pool in the backyard that we did not have the chance to use due to poor weather the weekend we stayed here. We booked the deluxe double room. Can definitely recommend this hotel, usually never write reviews but I thought this hotel deserved complementing.

We had a great stay (2 nights) here although a few things were surprising. Check-in was smooth with the general manager really striving to offer fantastic customer service. The property, whether it be the outside, the reception and dining areas or the rooms are cosy and well decorated. The room was on the small side with no mini-fridge or desk. The TV selection was great and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was okay although you could tell we were eating the leftovers from the previous day on our 2nd morning. However, breakfast at 9 am (!!!) was an inconvenience for us. We learned that this is common in Georgia but for Westerners like us who like to start early, this was quite an issue. Even though we were absent most of the day, our room was never serviced. Not really an issue but surprising. Only the general manager and guests were wearing masks in the hotel. We are vaccinated and not paranoid but we find it a little insulting to see a sign on the door insisting that guests wear a mask when the staff doesn't. To enter Georgia, you need to be vaccinated so tourists are not the source of the pandemic... Finally, I would suggest having a recycling bin in the room as well as refillable bottles of shampoo and soap in order to reduce the waste from those little plastic bottles.

Nieuw, erg comfortabel hotel met klein zwembad en fraaie binnenplaats om buiten te zitten. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Goed geoutilleerde kamers. Geen enkel minpuntje ontdekt.

Отель абсолютно новый. Приём, персонал, обслуживание, номер на высшем уровне. Даже придраться не к чему. Очень удобная кровать. Спишь как убитый. Из условных недостатков только месторасположение . Но это только для пешеходов. На авто вообще нет никаких проблем. По сочетанию цены- качество идеальный вариант.

Newly opened hotel (since Jan 19), interior is just awesome, very modern and atmosphere is unbelievable. The staff however are a bit clueless with the exception of Jaba who helped to organise the most simple (a glass of wine) to the more complex requests (surprise birthday cake) when everyone else said "no". The big let down with this place is the poor breakfast, no toaster, no selection, no offer of good coffee without asking etc.
