The hotel is an excellent choice in Tbilisi. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are cery nice and clean with a beautiful view on the city

Clean and small details are not missed inside the room. Only TV channels were not working. However we used youtube for watching tv.

I have very mix fellings about my stay in Sole Palace hotel. One can find cheaper options than booking on hotel.com I had booked a standard room from 24.10 to 27.10. On arrival I was offered a room having window just toward the hill. Could not see people or have a look toward city. I told to the the receptionist being on duty that I had booked for a standard room but why he shows me such a room. He toled me that they can upgrade my room against extra payment. I become disappointed, and told him I can stay in their offered room just for one night, and tomorrow I will move to another 4 star hotel. He talked to the manager. The manager also argued for extra payment to change my room. But in the end he said he would offer me another room as an arrival compliment. So I got another room. On 26.10 I asked 2 receptionist if they can extend my stay for the same price( 53 US Dollar/night) for two days more. The he then she receptionists said they can do if I pay 69 Dollar/night. Later she said she would talk to the manager. On evening I asked the receptionist if she talked with the manager. She said I can stay in my same standard room for 69 USD/night. Later on the evening 26.10 I switched on my laptop and I found that the standard room price was 5 dollars cheaper (46 USD) than the prices I had asked for, but they had refused to accept that. See how the employee of hotel become greedy One should not look for the hotel on hotel.com but also other nett sites like Triavago and Agoda.

Es war alles ok Lage des Hotels, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück ok. Die Matratzenauflagen haben gestunken, wurden dann aber ausgetauscht.

Vistas excepcionales y servicio impecable

Good modern hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Though it is a bit of a walk up a steep hill from the centre. Good sized room with balcony with all that is expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast had a good selection, though coffee was instant rather that from bean.

Kahvaltı harika ve çok lezzetli seçenekleri var. Otel,odalar gerçekten çok temiz ve çok yardımcı, konum olarak eski tiflise yürüme mesafesinde ancak otelin yolu biraz yokuş .

Great hotel and excellent staff

Breakfast was great. View was amazing. The AC was a little noisy which kept me up at night but overall i had a pleasant stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was top-notch and was exactly as advertised. It was a 5 star hotel not 4 stars in a great location, only 5 minutes walking to the city. The room was superior and was very spacious with a balcony that had a stunning view of the old town. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and there was a beautiful view from the terrace while you ate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

Since we paid very little amount of money, i was amazed when i see this hotel. It is very well located, clean and chic. We booked the cheapest room so it was small but super clean and comfortable. Hand soap, shampoo and shower gel was with Argan oil, smells nice. Bathroom dressed with Grohe. Floors, walls and doors were stylish. Breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t think twice to book it again.

Good location, although it is a the top of a fairly steep hill. Centre of Tbilsi only a 15 min walk and plenty of bars a restaurants along the way. Easy to get to cable car and parks also.
