I had very comfortable service at this hotel. specially breakfast is very good.

Room was freezing, we asked for blankets and they said they would bring some but never did, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the walls had mold

Odalar temiz biraz eskiydi . Kahvaltıda çeşit çok çok azdı aç kaldık diyebilirim . Konumu gayet iyi . Resepsiyon her konuda yardımcı oldu .

Room not like the foto…. Materasse very bad & the breakfast Poor i take my breakfast out of the hotel …. I stay 21 days really very bad….. I don’t recommend it ….

The price was reasonable and the spa was nice, although it could be a bit more professional. The breakfast had some missing items, but other than that everything was fine. The cleanliness was very good, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I really liked this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Tbilisi and I rate this one. It was last minute booking for business I paid only 100 gel for the room (this was last minute and off-season) for the price it was great for a short stay, the wi-fi was good, and the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the location is in the tourist part of town and the reception area looks great. The room was a little tattered, but it was clean and for the price I was happy with it and a pool and gym that are not bad for that price is great.

Great location , tri-lingual, good breakfast , good access to banks and money exchange, pool and small work out room - no Problems

Receptionists were really good and you could ask anything and they will help you. The only thing that was scarse was the management and the women that were cleaning the room. I ask many times to change bed sheets but nothing was done. The hotel has a great location and in the surrounding areas there everything you need.

ordering a room in 4 Star hotel as you mentioned it comes with expectation , we got a room without air condition although it was mentioned there is , and room was on the main street so when we opned the window we were practicly in the street with the smells and noice , you coudlt help us at all

I visited Georgia with a friend earlier this year in May and our stay was amazing. Superb rooftop, wholesome breakfast, lovely lady at the reception ! Well located, near the old town. Everything matched our expectations. The swimming pool is cool ! And the gym very useful (although a little bit old). Very nice hotel !

Not worth for the price.The facilities and amenities could have been better and the breakfast was not up to the expectation.

This hotel was a discovery, I did not hope to happen. I checked out of previously booked but unsatisfactory accomodation and had to find new lodging quickly. By stroke of luck, that happened to be Tbilisi Inn on Avlabari. In short I can say everything was better than I could hope for. Hotel has three parking spaces for guests, and secured (payable) parking is just across the street if those three are taken. Rooms are of average size but very comfortable, quiet and with quality beddings, and with generous amenities including full bathroom kit (+shaving and dental) and plush bathrobes and slippers, new and clean towels, nicely stocked minibar, and each room has a small balcony. There's gym and pool in the basement included in room price. Breakfast is plentiful, tasty and with variety, including local delicacies. And restaurant is on top floor providing fantastic view to Tbilisi panorama, day and night, especially from bar terrace. Also, food in restaurant is excellent and prepared with care. Staff is very helpful and versed in few languages and above all, very cordial and efficient and this gives high level of confidence and relaxation, so much needed when you arrive tired. Check in and out was quick and flawless. In short, if this hotel had a hot tub and sauna in the basement along the pool, it would be perfect by any measure I can think of. And again, great staff and efficiency is what makes a difference. Hotel is located on the Avlabari square, with subway, 24/7 stores .

Very noisy hotel

Very big room but there was not hot water in the shower. We were freezing

The staff at the reception were excellent, nice and cooperative. The rooms are in way limited in space But very clean. Wifi was good Breakfast was good as well

Ich habe zusammen mit meiner Freundin 7 Nächte im Tbilisi Inn verbracht. Dies ist das dritte Hotel, welches ich in Tiflis ausprobiert habe. Es war eindeutig das teuerste aber auch beste von den dreien. Es ist ein sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel mit Security, einem Restaurant, Indoorpool und ein paar Fitnessgeräten. Die Altstadt ist schnell zu erreichen und eine Metro Station ist direkt um die Ecke. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, mit Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Couch und Couchtisch. Das Bett war bequem und ich konnte in diesem gut schlafen. Es gab eine Safety-Box, eine Minibar, einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Instantkaffee, Bademantel mit Frottee Slippern, ein Schuhbürste und kostenloses W-LAN. Das einzige, was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Auf Nachfrage hat man mir ein Bügeleisen geliehen, jedoch leider ohne Bügelbrett. Bad: Das Bad war etwas kleiner, aber dafür auch modern mit vielen kostenlosen Utensilien. Gestört hat mich, das ab und zu aus dem zusätzlichen Abfluss leichte Gerüche gekommen sind und die "Holzerhöhung" in der Dusche, da diese schon schwarz wurde. Restaurant: Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant im fünften Stock. Dort gibt es auch das Frühstück, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben, da es pro Person noch mal 10$ gekostet hätte. Wir haben jedoch dort einmal zu Abend gegessen und es wirklich schön dort, mit einem super Ausblick. Wer etwas mehr für eine Übernachtung ausgeben möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben.
