Three adult families stayed at this hotel. The accommodation was good and the accommodation location is a bit far from the center, but it is convenient to use the application called yandex. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would like to stay again next time. And union pay seems to be unusable.

We had an amazing 1 night stay at Timber Boutique Hotel and we loved everything. Very helpful and friendly staff, cozy and clean Rooms, great selection of breakfast. Highly Recommended, great value of money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—close to major attractions, public transportation, and great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—plenty of variety, fresh options, and something for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff! Location is amazing and it’s about 3$ to get to the heart of Tbilisi with Bolt (Uber). Breakfast staff is great!

This place was a good stay for us. We had a car so the location wasnt an issue. Pros: Breakfast was good with evwryday something different. Rooms are big enough and so are the toilets. They were clean. Safe location as it was just close to the Latvian Embassy. Friendly staff. Rooftop breakfast hall was a nice site to sit and enjoy your 1st meal. Cons: Bit far from the center with a walk which takes 25mins to reach the attractions. Nothing to do around the hotel and even the area is quite. Which can be good for people who prefer calmness and isolation. They dont have covered parking. You just park behind the hotel by the side of the road which is the case mostly everywhere in Tbilisi. The place does justice to the price you pay. Nothing fancy but easy checkin and check out. Airport transfer can be costly but then Tbilisi is changed to a farelt expensive city these days. This was pur 2nd visit and we could feel the difference.

My booking was canceled 2 hours before checking in. And was diverted to another hotel which was in the one of the worst areas in the city. Never again dealing with these people.

Welcoming and cozy reception. Young but compliant staff who spoke excellent English. Even though they said it was a non-smoking hotel our room reeked from smoke when we arrived. Although, we didn't complain about this so maybe they would have changed our room if we did. The smeel vanished during the evening, probably due to good ventilation. Far from city centre/tourist attractions but fairly close to the convenient subway. Our taxi had som problems to find the hotel since the area is a bit "shady", many shut down properties around. Still feels safe though. Price is really good. Beautiful views over the city from the breakfast level. Breakfast as you would expect from 3 star hotels.

Super cosy, cute, comfortable. Lovely breakfast room. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about it. Maybe location is not the closest to center but still in walking distance. After this stayed in shota@rustavel and even though was supposed to be better ( since more expensive) I wished I stayed in timber instead

It was just great and it is near from Meidan area which is famous and its surroundings.. the problem it is located in a side street and difficult to reach and taxi drivers are not familiar with it. Only to mention that Sheraton is near and will be easy to get there :) Else all was fine.

The hotel is near the metro station called 300 Aragveli. It is situated in a quiet district. The docoration is natural and beautiful. The staff are helpful and nice. They are willing to provide help and answer all the questions patiently. The room is clean and comfortable. Only one thing need to improve is the breakfast. Not much food and the taste is average.

Хороший новый отель. Удобная кровать, хорошая ванная комната, есть все необходимое. Обильный и вкусный завтрак. Кофе только плохой (нет кофемашины). До центра 20 мин пешком. Красивый вид на город. Требуется сменить персонал, который убирается! Во время уброрки каждый день что-то выбрасывали из нужного (пустую упаковку, которая аккуратно лежала на столе, конверты) и пропала косметика-миниатюры кремов из косметички (не потеряла, каждый день пропадали крема)

We came at night .the staff wasn't ready for as.the woman in the redemption wasn't there. We wait until somedudy wake here. Then it's take time but she didn't found our reservation .after long time they give us a room. The next morning they found our reservation . Everything was so slow. I'm not return there the next time I'm in Georgia .
