Bin seit Jahrzehnten Gast im Stern Hotel und war erstmalig ziemlich enttäuscht, als ich das Zimmer sah (Nummer 101) – eng und etwas spartanisch… Hoffe, dass ich beim nächsten Mal wieder ein besseres Zimmer bekomme. Frühstück ganz okay, aber es fehlten die Tageszeitungen.

Close to the Train Station, about a 7 min walk. 4 min to Beethoven birth house. Location was great and easy walking distances to most sites and all the Christmas markets.

Wir haben noch nie ein so schlechtes 4 Sterne Hotel erlebt. Und wir reisen sehr viel. Wir haben auch schon sehr viele Nächte in alten Hotels zugebracht, in denen die Zimmer aber trotzdem sauber und einladend ausgestattet waren. Für den relativ hohen Preis von 120 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück erwarten wir eine bessere Zimmerausstattung. Unsere Erwartungen von dem von aussen sehr schönen Hotel sind leider sehr enttäuscht worden. Hervorzuheben ist ausschließlich das sehr engagierte Hotelpersonal.

Great location, very central in Bonn. Bed was fine room nice and quiet. Decent breakfast with plenty options. The interior of the room was somewhat dated and the floors squeaked when walking. Parking in front. Not cheap but very convenient. Would return but probably not in summer since rooms do not have airco.

Nice place and very nice stuff, 24 hours front disc The layout of the bathroom is poorly organized, with the shower, toilet, and sink each placed in separate sections that feel awkward and inconvenient. The separation of these three areas disrupts the flow and makes the space less functional and comfortable to use

Fijn hotel midden in het centrum, prachtig gelegen. De kamer was prima, goed bed en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Op zich jammer dat er niet 1 NL tv zender beschikbaar was. Neem toch aan dat er veel nl gasten zijn.. geparkeerd in de marktgarage, onder de markt dus heel dichtbij, 25 euri per dag, dat dan wel.

Hallways and roomdoors look very old and uninviting; the rooms need an update, furniture and colors are from the 90s. No professionals around but nice young teenage students (?) doing the reception. What happened to the classic "welcome in our hotel"??? Shower in junior suite was very dangerous to get in and out and had a oldschool shower curtain...that was sth. I had not seen in a four star hotel for a long time. Location is great, sleeping was good though.

Personal war sehr nett. Hotel hat eine gute Lage, sehr zentral. Zimmer extrem hellhörig und die ganze Nacht lief ein Kompressor oder Ähnliches. Woher die 4* kommen weiß ich nicht.
