Very good for family trip

조용한 동네에 위치한 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 방 크기도 적절하고 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 다만 냉장고가 없는점이 아쉽긴하였습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 marien광장으로 갈아타고 가지 않고 바로 갈수 있ㅇ니 교통도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Calm and clean hotel. Community is quiet though place is distant from downtown. I will stay again.

Wifi 아주 약합니다. 아침식사는 괜찮지만 미슈랭이라고 되어 있으나 그 정도 수준은 아님. 주위에 인프라는 없습니다.

Zuerst wollte man mich statt des gebuchten Comfort-Einzelzimmers für 386,00 € in einer Wohnung unterbringen. Es handelte sich angeblich um ein Upgrade, das laut Angestelltem normalerweise nicht an Gäste vergeben wird. Allerdings entsprach diese Wohnung keineswegs dem Komfort eines ****Sterne Hotels – einfach nur unverschämt. Nach meiner Reklamation erhielt ich schliesslich ein Einzelzimmer über der Küche. Dort wurde jedoch bereits ab 06:30 Uhr Material angeliefert, was die Ruhe erheblich störte. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Zimmer definitiv nicht den Standards eines ****Sterne Hotels entsprach. Um dennoch etwas Positives zu erwähnen: Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren wirklich sehr gut.

A good hotel within a 5min drive from the Messe München. Clean, well maintained rooms with comfortable beds. In door parking, charging stations, good breakfast and smooth service. Will come again.

Property is under construction, and I had to walk through a building site, which I was not informed about. I mentioned at checkout and was met with ‘huh’. Food great room clean and all in working order.

Pool was decent, sauna worked. Parking was an actual parking lot. Nice staff, good English speaking, I appreciate that alot. The community it was in was nice and easy to be in, but also very accessible to downtown Munich and Allianz stadium

Property had a great restaurant on site, staff was very friendly. However kitchen close at 9pm. Beds weren’t great, elevator only goes to the 2nd floor, so if you are on the 3rd floor, you have to use stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor. The third floor also has no windows and hotel has no A/C, but does have a ceiling hatch that opens to vent the room. We were on the 3rd floor and were there in the fall so it was very comfortable in the room with the hatch open.

We like the fact that you offered a transfer to the Adele concert. Breakfast was great! We missed airconditioning in our room. Therefore it was very warm inside.

Really friendly staff, very helpful, excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Das Gute vorweg, es war alles gepflegt, sauber, mit einem leicht gehobenen Touch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und traf damit unsere Vorstellungen. Leider liegt das Hotel in einer sehr belebten Straße. Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls gut frequentiert, was zur Erhöhung des Geräuschpegels führt, auch am späteren Abend. Dazu kommt noch eine offene Gästeecke im Freien, die die Gespräche sehr gut in die Zimmer weiterleitet. Diese Umstände führen dazu, dass man im Sommer die Fenster nicht öffnen kann, weil es einfach zu laut ist. Das führt wiederum dazu, dass man bei warmen Temperaturen vergeblich nach Kühle im Zimmer nachsucht, denn es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war üppig und für jeden auch etwas dabei. Alles in Allem war die Übernachtung, auch zum Sparpreis, zu teuer, denn im Zimmer war es einfach zu warm und für offene Fenster zu laut, schade.

As a native English speaker with just a passing knowledge of Deutch I had no difficulty checking in or getting breakfast. The restaurant has good food, and it was worth the extra cost to get breakfast. The hotel is about 1km from the business I was visiting, the train is closer than that. I took off a point for ecology because they gave me clean towels every day which I did not need. My room had a balcony but there was no way to get to it. The room was not air conditioned but it was comfortable nonetheless.

This hotel was maybe 4-star in the 70-ies. Noe the only 4-star feature is the size of the room. No AC and very hot, no fridge in room, no coffee/tea in room. All this is possible to find out when looking at "features" in the booking-app, but when you picj a 4-star hotel you expect these features to be standard. Staff ewas friendly and organized a ventilator

Weisswurst war hervorragend. Ein kleines Fläschchen Wasser am ersten Tag. Warum nicht auch am zweiten? Bei dieser Sommerhitze!

Ich komme immer wieder gerne ins Hotel Bauer. Man fühlt sich stets herzlich willkommen. Leider muss ich in Bezug zur Einrichtung einen etwas grösseren Abzug machen. Die Gründe dafür sind der doch etwas nicht ganz störungsfrei funktionierende Fahrstuhl und in Bad war der Einstieg in die Dusche für mich etwas schwierig (Höhe der Wanne). Dennoch werde ich das Hotel Bauer auch in Zukunft gerne wieder besuchen.

Rent och bra förutom en väldigt äcklig heltäckningsmatta som var väldigt smutsig. Bra mat.
