매우매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 방까지 가는 길이 조금 복잡했지만 호텔 직원의 친절한 설명에 쉽게 방에 들어갈수 있었습니다. 아주 깨긋하고 편안한 침구와 방이었습니다.

Hotel was SUPER. It was near to the center and clean with kindly staff. I appreciate to one WOMEN staff. I felt little bit cold and asked extra heater at front. The women staff said unfortunately they don't have extra heater, but she gave me her heater what she was using at front. So that I could sleep without cold and comfortably. Thanks very much. 호텔은 시내 중심가와 가까웠으며, 굉장히 깨끗했고, 직원들 서비스 또한 만족스러웠습니다. 방이 춥다고 하자 호텔 직원께서 본인이 쓰던 히터를 빼서 직접 주셧습니다. 또한 길건너편에 REWE와 DM, KFC, 맥날 모두 근접해있어 밤늦게 급히 뭘 사러나갈때도 편했습니다.

The room was smaller than my expectation. And I could hear other person snoring in the next room whole night so I could not sleep. Also the wifi was very slow and I could not keep talking on the phone. I complained about the wifi problem to the staff in the concierge and he said 'So what do you want me to do? I am not a technician and it is weekend.' His attitude was obviously wrong, aggressive and very unkind. And it is quite far away from the central station. I have never seen a hotel with such a weak wifi and an unkind staff.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this time was a particularly unpleasant experience due to a receptionist who made threats toward my husband and later myself. Guests should never have to suffer because your hotel system is incapable of grouping two separate reservations! On top of that, the prices for this hotel have skyrocketed, yet you get nothing in return—quite the opposite, actually. The (non-renovated business) room we stayed in was spacious but poorly laid out, with a small TV, dirty carpet, towels that smelled bad, and plastic cups in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we had only lukewarm water to shower with throughout our entire stay, no matter what time of night it was. Our friends stayed in a renovated business room, but it was three times smaller, incredibly dark, and they couldn’t sleep because of street noise all night long. Breakfast is supposed to run until 11 a.m. on weekends, but if you arrive at 10:15, there’s nothing left, and what’s still there is dried out and unappetizing. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the cheaper parking and a convenient location. However, for just a little more, there are far better hotels in the same area. We’ve learned our lesson and will never return here, nor will we recommend it to our friends.

Very Central and clean

Net, modern en schoon hotel. Prima douche. Uitstekend ontbijt. Niet verende matras (oud?) en 2-persoons bed met 2 eenpersoons dekbedden!!!??? Daardoor erg slecht geslapen. Zeer krappe parkeergarage.

Für eine Nacht ok. Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Parkhaus sehr eng. Frühstück sehr hut

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gelüftet, es hat gestunken. Der Fernseher war kaputt, keine Hilfestellung von der Seite des Personal. Sehr laute Umgebung. Das Frühstück war dafür lecker.

De locatie van het Hotel is top. Lekker centraal zodat we alles lopend konden doen. Wij wilden naar Keulen voor de kerstmarkten en die waren er in overvloed. Vanuit onze kamer konden we de 1ste kerstmarkt al zien. Onze kamer was schoon en modern ingericht. Elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken en werd het bed opgemaakt. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid met broden, croissants, yoghurt en fruit.

Zum Schlafen gehen hat es gereicht. Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung

Schöne moderne Zimmer mit besetzter Rezeption, die die nächtliche Party im Nachbarraum schnell unterbunden hat.

Gutes zentrales Standard-Hotel

Sehr professionell ! Die Mitarbeiter sind insgesamt sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet deckt alle Vorlieben ab. Und bis in die kleinste Ritze herrscht auffallend konsequente Sauberkeit. Alles Dinge die in weitaus höher eingestuften Hotelkategorien nicht zwangsläufig anzutreffen sind. Für mich/uns keine Frage, wenn Köln, dann komme ich wieder hierhin.

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es besteht Liebe zum Detail. Top Lage. Ruhig aber es gibt einige Bars um die Ecke. Für eine Geschäftsreise aber auch einen Städtetrip super geeignet. Das Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis stimmt. Schön ist, dass man dass man sich nicht als Nummer sieht sondern als willkommenen Gast. Weiter so!
