Staff were fantastic including Wolfgang and Thai/German lady. Beautiful room, spacious and well kept. 10 mins out by car or 30 min nice walk. Great food and service

Beautiful hotel

Rooms are gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Our check in was great with one of the staff members showing us different rooms so we could choose where our family would stay. We booked three rooms. Two of the three were exceptional. One room had no air conditioning the first nigth which was frankly quite miserable. When I asked for a credit toward the first night stay for that room only, I was told by a different staff member they don't do anything to compenste, but would give me breakfast for two o our six family members. Based upon what I spent for three rooms, I would have thought this would have been handled better. Property is beautiful. Most of the staff was amazing and very helpful. Would reccommend...just check the air before you commit to the rrom, especially when there is a heat wave!

Amazing staff, great location

Fantastic hotel for a multi-day Munich visit. The service is phenomenal. As for the Michelin-starred French cuisine restaurant...even our picky teenaged kids loved it! The location is a big plus. A short walk to the U-Bahn (about 800 yards) and then you'll be two stops from some great shopping and site-seeing. Only downside is the gym...don't expect too much!

The toilet was smelly! A loose tile right above the toilet bowl that could fall; the shower wall has stained grouts and dysfunctional sliding door with broken gasket, no fan in the bathroom; taking a shower created a steamy fog and condensation on countertop; the bananas in the welcome bowl had darkened peel and brown inside. In the restaurant, you needed to go knock at the kitchen door in order to get an attendant to help you order, two out of the three times of my visit to their restaurant. Indifferent front desk staff members. We stayed there because of the good reviews online but are completely disappointed by this expensive 2024 Michelin Key property. The only positive element for the hotel was the nice location.

We stayed at this incredibly luxurious and pristine hotel during the tail-end of our 11 day honeymoon in Europe. Throughout the duration of our trip we stayed at spectacular hotels, with wonderful amenities and hospitality. But my husband and I both agreed that the Hotel München Palace is a world-class standout among many wonderful hotels. The service we experienced was of the highest caliber and the food was overwhelmingly fantastic (we loved the gregarious and warm bartender too)! The room was beautiful and the view of the neighborhood- spectacular. We quite enjoyed the turn-down service in the evenings- complete with chocolates. The hotel was magnificent both architecturally but most importantly highlighted by the amazing hotel staff/service. I will dream of this hotel and hope to lay my head on their cloud-like beds in the future! Thank you for bringing extra sweetness to the end of our honeymoon.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Munichs best area. Short walk to miles of bike trails and the English garden. Lots of great restaurants we ate at Chu Chin a short walk from the hotel gourmet Vietnamese try the pomelo salad.
