방에서 와이파이가 잡히지를 않습니다.

호텔 바로 바로 바로 앞에 5초 정도 걸리는 거리에 베를린 ZOB가 있어 버스를 타고 다른 지역에 이동하는데 너무나 편리하고 쉬웠습니다. 또한 지하철역도 15초 정도 되는 거리에 위치하고 있어 관광을 하러 갈 때 편리하였고 관광을 하고 나서 지친 몸을 이끌고 지하철역에서 내리기만 하면 숙소와 가까워서 행복하였습니다. 인포메이션 직원분들이 약간 시크하셨지만 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 객실은 정말 대박이였습니다. 싱글침대 2개가 있는 방을 사용하였는데 침대가 너무나 푹신하여 깊은 잠을 잘 수 있었고 여행에 지친 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 또한 식탁이 있어 밥을 먹기 편리하였고 에어컨 역시 빵빵하여 시원하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 그리고 넓은 객실 덕분에 넓게 객실을 이용할 수 있어 행복하였습니다. 이 호텔은 베를린 ZOB를 이용하시는 분들께 적극 추천합니다!!!

I booked this hotel cos I went to Prague using euroline bus. It was cozy and very good location which is very in front of bus terminal. Hotel was clean with friendly staffs. I definitely stay here if I have to use buses.

O ambiente não é de luxo mas o que me convenceu é o conforto e o espaço do quarto mesmo!!

Die Unterkunft nutzte ch für eine Nacht! Einziger Mangel, daß das Fenster nur leicht zu kippen ging! Crenzwertig ist das "West"berliner Umfeld: Agesehn von Funkturm und ICC sar es schwierig, sich zu orientiern-der S-Bahnbahnhof ist schlecht ausgeschildert und schwer zu finden! Die Unterführung unter der belebten Kreuzung hat ca. 7 Ausgänge, die jedoch ohne Ausschilderung sind, sodaß man mehrmals an der falschen Stelle hochgeht!

War bereits mehrfach hier, weil für mich die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen. Betten sind sauber und für mich bequem. Auch auf individuelle Anliegen wurde jedes Mal reagiert. Komme gerne wieder.

Excente opção para quem está de passagem por Berlim, aonlado da rodoviária.

Viel zu teuer für einen 1-Sterne-Bunker. Die Lage ist recht gut, U-Bahn- und S-Bahn-Anbindung, kostenloser Parkplatz gegenüber dem Hotel (wenn man da ein Plätzchen findet). Beim Frühstück und dem Rundumblick im 8. Stock des Frühstücksraums kann man absolut nicht meckern. Die Zimmer sind allerdings recht mies, das Bad extrem klein, überall müffelt es leicht unangenehm, die Duschtür klemmt, und der Zimmerservice hat uns auch vergessen.

1st night - We arrived late in the afternoon and had to leave in a hurry to catch a dinner arrangement. We arrived very late in the evening and when my daughter opened the sheets, there was a big blood stain. Since it was already past midnight, in order to sleep she covered it with a towel. We thought they’d change the sheets anyhow the next day. 2nd day - we left early and came back to the hotel in the afternoon to find the bed made up but the towel was left on the bed neatly and the blood-stained sheet still there. At first reception said they couldn’t do anything and we’d have to live with it. Fortunately they changed their mind and offered us another room. And so we moved. By evening, we realized however that the toilet was clogged. 3rd day - Reception offered us another room. It would be our third room. Everything was ok, though we noticed that the toilet flush worked only for „big business“ and the one for „small business“ was not working at all. This was again communicated to reception. Needless to say we used the big business flusher even for small business. And at least for that issue, it wasn’t necessary to transfer again for the 4th time.

Hotel is a bit grubby. The room has loads of marks on the walls that could easily be cleaned off. There was a banana peel on the window sill that had clearly been there for ages. The most insane thing was that there was only one plug in the whole room and just an extension lead for 3 people which meant we had about 5 things plugged into one place which is definitely a fire hazard. Also the mattresses were v thin and came off the bed and you had to keep putting them back. Finally the hairdryer would work for 30 seconds then overheat and stop working

Schneller Check-In. Zimmer war groß genug, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Super Anbindung direkt in die Stadt. Für 2 Tage für einen Städtetrip sehr ausreichend. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe!

Schneller Check-In. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer war im Vorfeld komplett bezahlt. Bei Ankunft hatte der Herr das nicht gesehen und wollte noch Geld haben. Danach hat er es aber gemerkt, dass das Zimmer bezahlt war. Gute Anbindung mit der Bahn. Super, dass es kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten gab. Würden es für einen Städtetrip immer wieder buchen!

We fled to this Ibis late in the evening after our 4-star hotel lied about AC. I will always love the Ibis for saving us! AC in the rooms was blissful during a heatwave. Don't be put off by location near central bus station. This hotel is exactly as advertised and that was very welcome.
