외곽에 위치해 있지만 청결하고 기능적인 호텔입니다. 차량을 소지한 출방자에게 가성비 좋은 곳이라 추천합니다. 다만 리셉션에 직원이 한 명 야간 근무시 체크인이 길어질 수 있습니다.

호텔 이용 경험 중 최악의 호텔입니다. 머큐어 브랜드와 지역적인 위치를 고려해서 투숙했는데, 마이너스 별점을 주고 싶을 만큼 엉망입니다. 호텔 직원들끼리 커뮤니케이션이 안되서 요청한 내용에 대해서는 전혀 서비스를 받을 수 없었구요. 청소도 엉망입니다. 논스모킹으로 요청했으나 오래된 카페트냄새와 담배냄새를 견딜 수 없어 캔들을 사서 내내 키워놓고 지냈습니다. 결과적으로 호텔스 닷컴에서 미리 결제를 완료했으나 본인들은 확인이 안된다며 결제를 요청했고, 확인 후에 취소해준다고 했으나 거의 3주가 지났는데 소식도 없고...이에 대해서 강력하게 컴플레인을 걸어도 확인한다는 내용의 답변만 계속 하네요. 다른 곳 추천합니다. 이곳은 정말 문제가 많습니다....

비교적 깨끗하고 로비와 그 바로위에 손님들만의 공간들이 있고 또한 객실 또한 깨끗했으며 좋았다.

Close to the Christmas market, nice hotelroom, spacious. We did had to park in a underground parking garage 5 minutes away which costs us 28 euros from Saturday till monday because the parking lot at the hotel was full but ofcourse it was very busy for the wonderful christmas market, so no problem for us. We had a wonderful stay thankyou!

Liegt zentral. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bäder ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut ausreichend.

Toll gelegenes Hotel nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zentrum in Gehdistanz. Wird gerade auch renoviert. Das Bad braucht es auch, wenn es auch sehr gepflegt ist

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel.

Wir hatten ein tolles sauberes modernes Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Tolles sauberes Hotel. Die Stange für die Duschbrause sollte in Zimmer 210 repariert oder erneuert werden. Schade ist es, das man die Heizung im Zimmer nicht selbst regeln kann. Wir mussten die Klimaanlage an machen, weil es zu warm war.
